OOC: This is a sample of sorts, not necessarily meant to be responded to, but to give more of a sense of setting, and to just inject some life into the club and show I still have interest. IC: The world had changed, unimaginably so, but in some ways it would familiar to a modern person. Life in the city was still the same in many ways. It was the safest place in the current world, but it was still crowded, busy, dirty, and potentially dangerous. More dangerous for some than others. The biggest change, unless you lived on the city borders and had to watch out for monster attacks, were the hybrids. Women, half human, half monster. The cities would not exist without them, humanity would not exist without them. The cities had adjusted for their comfort. They came in many shapes and sizes, streets, halls, rooms, most things were designed to accommodate all but the strangest varieties of them. They protected humans, but were not entirely human themselves. Humans, especially human males, had come to terms with them by now. They had existed for many generations, and were now the majority of the female population. Generally only the wealthy had a chance with ‘pure’ human women, especially long term. If they wanted a wife, lover, or just casual sex, they generally had to look to the hybrids and the hybrids looked to them for the same, but with the understanding they still had to mate with the enemy as well, to create more hybrids. Citlali was one of the ones least threatened by the city’s dangers, large and strong, humans made room for her, even among hybrids, only a few could potentially take her one on one. She towered over all but a very small number of similarly sized hybrids and some monsters in the wild. On the contrary, she could be one of the dangers. She was sometimes used as an enforcer by those who wanted to put people in their place. She was recognized as she walked through one of the black markets, just about anything bought here, valuables, electronics, exotic foods, some were even selling themselves, both hybrids and one or two ‘pure’ girls, for extra high price. It was early nigh, though the sun was already down and the city soaked in artificial light of various colors and brightness. It crowded, both human men and hybrids passing through. Most were not given personal space, though Citlali’s size kept other at some distance. Sometimes she was here as a customer, sometimes as someone else’s thug, and sometimes as a boss. In truth she was a two sided woman. A heroine as a soldier who helped protect humanity, a soldier against the monsters, but also a gangsteresque criminal herself. She walked over to one of the food sellers. Food in this case was mostly meats from various monsters. Old animals of Earth were largely lost in the early years of the invasion. There were a small number of plants as well grown in city gardens and small farms near the city, under hybrid protection. ”Mi...miss Citlali. It is a pleasure to see you tonight. Have you had any interesting experiences outside the city since your last visit?” The shopkeeper nervously asked. It was a safe question. It was the sort of thing she occasionally talked about. Monsters she killed, monsters she mated with, strange things she saw in the wild. That sort of thing. “Not this time, she said casually pulling out one piece of meat and tossing it her mouth...dragon perhaps. It wasn’t an every time thing, but hybrids were also known to eat monsters they killed at times, especially if they were out for a while. Little here she had not previously tasted. It was understood she was not paying for what she was eating. ”Will probably go out in the next few days. Might head down to the arena to knock some sense into one new girls.” The arena being a place where teen hybrids began to practice fighting, both with themselves and older hybrids. Get a taste of combat before encountering monsters. You put your life on the line each time you faced monsters. 95% of the time, if you got in over head you could submit and they would mate with you then leave, but there was always a chance that would fail. You had to get some idea of how to fight before going out there, even the more delicate ones, who mated more than fought. The shopkeeper simply nodded, watching as she eat more, and knowing, her size and appetite would keep her here a while.

I have been going through, bumping up my old clubs. Mostly to confirm they are still open and I am back (and that I am not intending to disappear like that again), though this one has never been active yet and had nothing to reply to in order to do so.

Got inspired by a picture someone posted to dig this out of inactivity and get more people to look at it again. I decided to start by focusing on what I thought would be examples of stories that could be covered. This is essentially an open world setting, so it is going to be a bunch of smaller stories. There will be no significant change in the worldwide status quo. The hybrids may eventually overcome the monsters, but if they do it is many generations away and numerous generations before there is any visible progress in that direction. So the idea is to focus on smaller scale stories that will vary depending on the sort of characters involved, this is not a full list, but the sort of possibilities that immediately come to mind. Human male. These can be played, but the harsh reality is they are the weakest inhabitants of the setting. They can only thrive in relative safety within the few surviving cities and even there they would want to avoid the borders. They have various roles within the city. The agreement that had been reached was the hybrids would make up the bulk of the armies (and often law enforcement, with the two being at least somewhat mixed) but civilian government, business etc. primarily run by the humans (with some non-combat/support roles in the army being open to humans). Usually if they do get married or have a (heterosexual) love life, it will be with hybrids out of necessity. The pure human female population has grown small and continues to shrink, usually only the wealthier/more powerful men have a chance with them. On the inside of the cities they largely resemble modern cities, with two major exceptions. The presence of the hybrids obviously, and these are essentially city-states with very little or no connection to the rest of humanity. There is knowledge of other cities but communication between them is very slow and dangerous (though there smaller settlements near the cities which do maintain fairly regular contact and do try to supply the cities with certain things like extra food). Human female. These characters are in an awkward place, valued by human men (though most are okay with hybrids after this long, pure human ones are just considered even better) but they may also feel the need to go out and mate with the monsters to do their part to create more hybrids and help humanity fight. Such a character could focus on one of these roles or try to balance them. Hybrids (all female, in case it needs to be repeated). The focus of the story and with the most flexibility. Do they live in the city? Do they go out into the wild? Do they try to go into more 'alien' territory (ex. deep underground or underwater)? Do they get involved with a human man/men, or do they focus on monsters? Perhaps an exploration of their identity (they are not monsters, but while they help humans they are not truly human either). Maybe the story of a mother raising her daughter. Monsters (probably all male). These could be intelligent or just beasts. Either way they are likely to be short term characters, only played to mate with the hybrids or human women. That said, there is a near limitless variety and just about anything could be played.

I might not play all of these characters and might make others, but I decided to repost my old characters as they were in previous places I tried this (just adjusting the age on a few, since I kept them all at least 18 due to the rules on those sites, though I think it is more realistic for them to start a little younger under these circumstances). It is fatal to many monsters and incredibly painful to most who would survive it. Her body from the hips down is snake like. Instead of fingernails, she has claws. Other Powers: Sexual Orientation: Bisexual Short Bio: One of the more solitary warriors. If another woman passes by she may chooses to work with her for a while, but she does not seek out companionship. If she is not in fact cold blooded, she doesn’t act like it. She spends significant time outside rested, unexposed portions of her upper body tend to be a dark tan (and depending on her mood that upper body dress varies between essentially a tank top, bra or nothing at all). She lives in a rather barren and warm area. Only showing much activity if she needs to hunt or kill monsters. Sometimes those are the same thing (The degree of humans feeding on monsters varies. The wilder ones are often seen as little different than very dangerous animals, especially since old animals have become rather rare. The intelligent ones usually aren’t eaten though some of the women are more carnivorous than others). *Might be an interesting extra line to include with all the girls, but not required. Name: Citlali Saqui Isi Tamaya (used a random name generator), sometimes goes by 'Lali' or just 'Li' Gender: Female Human/Monster (the girls count as human for this): Human Age: 21 Times With Monsters: 6 - She has a ritual of going out to do it once a year, usually around her birthday. Picks a different kind each time, unless she can't find something new. She prefers monsters, if only because it is less awkward for her (she is also one of the ones who likes it a little more each time). Monster Ancestry: Troll (father), golem, giant scorpion Hair: Short brown Height: 11'6 Inhuman Characteristics: Some patches of skin are rock like. Two small horns on top of her forehead. A large scorpion tail, the stinger kept covered if she isn't expecting a fight. She has a wider build, but still rather feminine figure. Other Powers: Super human strength. Sexual Orientation: Straight. Short Bio: A city girl. She splits her time between being a proper soldier and local muscle for city leaders. The current cities are hectic places. Certain areas are nice enough but others are wild and someone like her is the closest thing to 'law enforcement'. She is devoted enough to the monster hunting side, on the law enforcement/hired muscle side she is rather mercenary though, and is often more comparable to a gangster or thug. She is just as capable of doing good, it mostly depends on who is she is working for the moment. She cares more about having something do and the pay than about the morality of her jobs. Extra Note: She is about as close to a proper giant as the group can probably get. Most likely her father was not full grown when she was conceived. Name: Lin Hui Yong Xiu Yu Gender: Female Human/Monster (the girls count as human for this): Human Age: 27 Times With Monsters: 20 (she tries a little more than the expected minimum). A soldier understands her duties. A few were ordered too. Monster Ancestry: Slime, fire elemental (father), fairy Hair: Long red, known to ignite when angry Height: 6’9 Inhuman Characteristics: Wings, hair and other part of her body sometimes ignite. It takes concentration to look human. Her skin is naturally a pale blue. She does not actually have a skeleton, or many other human organs, or a natural ‘shape’ for that matter. She does not bleed when wounded, but can ‘leak’ a bit. Other Powers: Flight, fire manipulation, shape/form changing. Sexual Orientation: Lesbian* Short Bio: One of the privileged sergeants who get to show the new little girls what it means not just to be a woman, but a soldier too. Training only goes so far: Some help mastering your body/abilities, some practice fighting with other hybrids. But nothing especially dangerous. She has to show them how to really fight, to use their power, to know when to kill monsters, when to fall back, and when to offer themselves to the enemy. While not total control, the army has a good deal of discretion over how and when its soldiers breed for understandable reasons. They are living weapons after all. Despite the power they have over the monsters, it is a war and many of their kind die as well. Lin is too low ranked to normally have that kind of control, but she is usually expected to watch over the recruits’ first time; to give them an idea of what to expect, how to make the monster interested and to help them if they mess up and get into danger. Things can only be learned by doing them. Her job is more of a continuation of their training, but with much higher stakes. While she does keep a few older hybrids around to help, she mostly works with the brand new soldiers. Takes them through up to a year or so of fighting, usually one or two successful (in that they have sex, but not necessarily children) breeding attempts, and then sends to join more experienced units. Considering lives are in her hands, usually ones who barely understand what they are getting into, she can be rather strict. But those who follow her advice and don't do stupid things will earn her respect quickly enough. *Lesbian hybrids get no enjoyment from sex with men of any type. They will avoid it completely with humans, but almost universally still feel obligated to have at least one or two daughters with monsters. Those who never have daughters are seen as avoiding a crucial duty, unless they can prove themselves to be infertile, and if they aren’t solitary they will be looked down upon by both the humans they protect and their fellow hybrids. Those in the army can be severely punished. The expectation is to try at least once a year, preferably more often, and to choose times they have a higher chance of pregnancy. When it comes to bisexual/lesbian hybrids choice of female lovers, they will usually choose other hybrids, though hybrid/normal woman couples do occasionally happen. Name: Nuo Bai Zhong Jin Chan Gender: Female Human/Monster (the girls count as human for this): Human. Age: 42, but ages considerably slower. In look/shape she is probably closer to mid-20s. Times Mated with Monster: Hundreds (at least a few times a month, possibly taking breaks for pregnancies). Monster Ancestry: Sphinx, succubus. Hair: Long blond. Height: 5'11. Inhuman Characteristics: Golden fur. She mostly has the look a standard winged variety sphinx, she upper torso lacks fur though, and she has small, but clearly human, breasts. Other Powers: Pheromones that can fill a man, human or monster, with lust. Sometimes she can control them, but there are times she unintentionally lets them out too. She uses it to both breed and kill. Sexual Orientation: Straight. Short Bio: A semi-solitary creature. She is one who will go from place to place, looking for settlements lacking in enough of her kind to protect them. Her preference is to stay a while, preferably leave a daughter or two behind and move on. She has been in relationships with local human men as well, but she makes it clear they understand that she will eventually leave, by herself. If a man is insistent enough to propose, she may accept, but it would still not be enough to tie her down. She is the sort who can, at least sometimes, enjoy the duty of breeding. She does prefer to kill though. Name: Yu Shi Zheng An Tang Gender: Female Human/Monster (the girls count as human for this): Human Monster Ancestry: Dragon Times with monsters: None Age: 16 Hair: Long red. Eyes: Green Height: 6’3 Inhuman Characteristics: Clawed and scaly hands and feet, and a few other patches. A tail. Several horns on her forehead. Long pointy ears. Her “draconic” skin is red. Other Powers: Fire breathing. Moderately superhuman strength and agility. Sexual Orientation: Bi-curious Short Bio: An average hybrid city girl. She has grown up hearing about how she is the future of humanity; the slayer of monsters, the mother of the next generation. It was all said half as praise, half as demand. This was her fate, her duty that came with the privileges and power of her birth. It is enough to make a girl a little cocky. It was balanced out to a degree of course. That was what the men and occasional ordinary girl said. Her older fellow hybrids had more mixed opinions. Some said the same sort of thing. Others said it was nothing worth praising over. Some spoke of the hell of a war that waited just outside the city and sometimes approached its borders. Despite being a first generation hybrid, she was well bred for battle. There was no real surprise that she went into the army. Fighting was in her blood. She had spent sometime in the teenage hybrid fighting leagues that were organized in the arenas. She has never been in a real battle, but she has seen a good deal of what her kind is capable of and has been indoctrinated as many are to seek a true battle in wastelands outside the city. She is not a particularly outstanding recruit so far. There has been a little trouble adjusting to the discipline and structure of army life, but despite the occasional punishments, she has plenty of potential. Name: Miren Arantxa Itxaso Irune Azarola Gender: Female Human/Monster (the girls count as human for this): Human Age: 16 Hair: Short black Height: 5'10 Inhuman Characteristics: Pure human Other Powers: None Sexual Orientation: Straight Short Bio: One of the shrinking number of normal woman. Living outside of the city she has been protected, locked up, for most of her life. It is only now that she is old enough for that protection to have paid off. She will eventually be expected to marry a local man and have at least a son or two, but the priority is for to help give the settlement proper protectors. It was something she has been told will be necessary since she was fairly young. A young woman such as her does not have much freedom or power, but she is one of the most valuable members of the community. It is not something she is looking forward to, it is both dangerous and very unpleasant, but she understands how important it is. Minor Characters: Name: Sasithorn Ubon Siriporn Lawan Mutations: Minotaur Social Situation: Small village, one of several monster girls. Appearance: Black fur on lower body, hoofed legs, long horn but otherwise human head, short brown hair. Name: Yong Gi Eun Hye Mutations: Centaur Social Situation: City Appearance: Brown horse torso, short red hair. Name: Shila Vasundhara Chanda Mutations: ‘Spider-girl’ Social Situation: Solitary, subterranean (see below). Appearance: Black torso of a spider, human upper body, long black hair. Name: Nayeli Nuka Tupaarnaq Millaray Mutations: Rat-girl Social Situation: City, sewers and other less pleasant sections. Solitary, but occasionally teams up with locals. Appearance: Tail, brown fur covering everything but her face and front torso, claws and rat like feet. Name: Keahi Hokulani Apikalia Mutations: Sea-Creature – Mermaid with squid like tentacles and shark like teeth. Social Situation: Solitary, coastal. Appearance: Light blue fins and tentacles, long blond hair Name: Narcisse Blanche Lara Mutations: Plant based Social Situation: She is rooted into the ground and cannot move on her own. She is kept near the far end of a village farm. Appearance: Human upper body, thin, barbed movable vines for hair. Some branches grow out of her too. Arms are a smooth light brown wood. Name: Batari Cahaya Sari Mutations: Long bird-like legs, thick black scaled tail, black bat-like wings. Social Situation: Soldier Appearance: Long black hair

This is an idea I had previously tried on a few other sites, so fortunately I have a lot pre-typed. These are all generalizations to help establish the atmosphere and to help those who want to play a 'normal' character. There are always exceptions, so don't feel too bound by the number of them. The setting in general: It is a far future post-apocalyptic Earth. Technology had been lost in most case, though a few larger cities, with proper monster-girl forces have maintained something similar to modern society, with perhaps a little technological advancement. But many have fallen into a dark age, relying on the local women to protect what little is left. The girls in question make up nearly half the human population, and most of the female population. The monsters' purpose: The wilder ones, outside of their attractions to women, see humans as either invaders into their territory and/or as food sources. The more intelligent ones want to remake Earth into their image and consider getting rid of humanity to be their ultimate goal. They are not interested in enslaving humanity (though again some do take short term slaves for various reasons). Both sides are equally interested in exterminating the other. There is not any serious organization of the creatures, though there are some ‘warlords’ who have armies of both intelligent and wild creatures. Organization of the women: Some of the magical girls act alone, some act in small unofficial groups and many are part of standing armies. It is up to each one to decide how they fight. Lifespans: Both monsters and the women tend to live considerably longer than normal humans, though exactly how long varies from species to species. Have not decided if there are true immortals yet. A girl, her mother and siblings: In the wild the women live closer to animals. When her daughter is ready to fight on her own she is pushed away. Siblings don't usually see each other, unless they are twins or the woman's monster heritage normally leads to multiple births at the same time. In the settlements there is more of a family structure, but the mothers are often absent to continue fighting. “Normal women”: They still exist but their numbers continue to slowly shrink over the generations, more and more of them having monster children. Most of them that remain would be in the larger cities, and even there in the more elite families. In total they make up somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of the female population, though they mostly live in one of a few small areas (this is to give a sense of how thin the population is in many places). Monster girls and human men: They still fall in love, get married and have sex. All children that come out of it will be ordinary males though. Similarly all children with monsters are girls. It is a side-effect of the old ritual. Out of sheer necessity the women cannot afford to be completely faithful. Only the small number of normal women can still have daughters with human men. Human men and true monsters: Usually this is suicide. A few of the more intelligent monsters will occasionally take slaves for this purpose, though no children come out of it. How attracted are the monsters to women?: It is best described as an uncontrollable and violent lust, they usually need to be fought a bit before their mindset switches from killing to breeding. The more intelligent ones are much the same, though they sometimes will make the offer to breed instead of fighting, especially if it is clear the girl is much stronger. Occasionally they will try to win the girl over, to manipulate the biological flexibility. There are no known cases of such a woman switching sides though. There are occasions where the girl is overpowered but did enough to alter the creature’s instincts and force themselves on her. How attracted are the women to the monsters?: Usually they aren’t. Most do have an attraction towards creatures of the same type as their father or other ancestors, and some just have unusual tastes, but usually conceiving the children is an unpleasant duty rather than something to look forward to. Seduction: If a girl is specifically looking to breed and makes it very clear from the start, she can potentially avoid a fight with a particular monster. It is never guaranteed to work and the closer she looks to the monster the easier, in a few cases there may be genuine attraction towards the girl in addition to the uncontrollable urges. How much do monster enjoy it: There is some physical pleasure, but there is naturally unhappiness about giving into to unnatural urges, sleeping with the enemy, and potentially creating more of the enemy. How much do the women enjoy it: Beyond the previous question of physical attraction, there is the question of whether they can enjoy the sex at all. Having a preference for rough sex certainly helps, the monsters are not gentle lovers. Some get a little more used to it and enjoy it more as time goes on. Some never get enjoyment out of it, but still do it out of necessity. Length of breeding: It can vary significantly. The biggest factor is how much the woman likes it. It can be as short as a few minutes, a few hours is common, it can occasionally last up to a few days. The few day marathon are usually limited to cases where the monster and woman's father are the same species, and the woman gets at least some enjoyment out of it. A wilder monster, driven by a combination of instinct and urges will usually want to go longer than the intelligent ones who would prefer not to spend so long with the enemy. Multi-generational Monster Girls: If a girl has multiple monsters of different types in her ancestry there will be some mixing of traits/powers, but her father’s will always be the most prominent. Monster Interbreeding: A big advantage humanity has here is that this can't happen. There are countless subtypes of monsters, but they are not compatible with each other. This helps a little in controlling their populations, it also prevents any new, more powerful, combinations. Another side effect is that it makes a few small population types more interested in breeding from the start if they come across a woman (This is pure desperation though. They are no friends of humanity and would still attack a man or other unprepared group they came across and a female of one of these types would attack anyone). How children are born: Usually it is a live birth, like a normal human. Those with certain traits might lay eggs or even leave seeds though (Mariko is probably an egg layer for example). How children are raised: Those in the cities or other settlements may leave them in care of others so they can continue the fight. Having a human husband can be useful here (as long he can control the child). The more solitary ones have to try to balance protecting the child until she can fend for herself with their fighting. More Normal Girl Notes: It had been pointed out on one of the previous times I did this, and I largely agree, that the extent of the normal girls’ power varies significantly depending on their situation. Their numbers and the degree they are preferred put them in danger. Some of the misfortunes they might go through are listed below. This group is not intended to be especially dark, but I'm also not one to ignore darker aspects where they make sense. The group will be more hybrid focused and will not deal with a lot of this except as background (unless other members want to focus more on it). As a note, most of these are limited to more isolated areas. In larger settlements, normal girls are usually born and marry into more prominent families that can protect them from a lot of this (but have their own dark sides as well sometimes). Kidnapping - Mostly relevant in more isolated areas. Likely to lead to slavery. Harems - Same as kidnapping. Surrogate Prostitution - This is more relevant in the cities. This is paying not only for sex, but any child born from the session. This is not cheap. Poor people have no chance of affording it, but it is priced so that many people who would not otherwise have a chance with a pure girl get their chance (though not more than a few times unless they are wealthy). It is a strictly controlled event with plenty of protection to keep the customer from running off with the girl. A lower class city girl is likely born from this sort of arrangement. Some genuinely volunteer to do this for one reason or another, others are pressured into it. A lower class girl after growing up can probably be expected to do this, if only for the chance of the significant money involved (and being safer than other fates). Village Wife - A smaller settlement with only one or two girls might choose this method. Sharing her instead of fighting over her. Favors - A man might offer his wife/sister/(adult) daughter to a friend or ally in reward for help or to earn/reinforce their loyalty. This and the surrogate prostitution are the only two most city girls have to deal with, unless they are exceptionally unlucky. It is not a pleasant situation. Some girls hope to only have hybrid daughters, to protect them from going through this. Of course none of this is universal. But they are common enough that a pure girl has to be very careful if she is wants to avoid/escape this sort of treatment. The Subterrain: There is more beneath the surface than most on the surface would know. Few though would dare explore down there. There are many tunnels, some simply dug into the earth and some of artificial make. Some of it is made by the monsters, some of it is natural caves and some of it was made by humanity before the invasion – both settlements that have been buried over time as well as structures that were originally built below the surface. No man would go down there to any of these without heavy hybrid escort and few hybrids dare to go down without a large number of companions. If a solitary hybrid is found down here, she was likely born underground and is more anti-social than many of her kind. If a small group is permanently living down there they near certain to be related, either sisters or mother/daughter(s). The hybrids and monsters tend to be specialized as well, with many varieties rarely seen on the surface. A man or other hybrid has to be very careful in approaching her, she does not consider them enemies but has so little contact with non-monsters that she may assume they are an enemy and attack.
