Locations Heroes Locations H.H. Main Building Classroom 1-A Classroom 1-B Development Studio: a workshop dedicated to Costume adjustments. There are multi-tool robotic arms and computer with three monitors. There is also a plethora of materials neatly organized in four separate cabinets and lockers. The occupations that heroes and villains participate in are generally the same but differ in the finer details. In the U.S.A. humans with "quirks", or "metas", are registered at birth. As they grow older, they will participate in "Quirk Counseling", where they are taught moral and ethical applications of their quirks while delinquents who do not take well to learning this are generally handled strictly. Quirks are inherited genetically through what appears to be Mendelian inheritance and typically manifest in children by the age of four at the latest. Children will either manifest one of their parent's Quirks or a new composite Quirk formed by the fusion of the two. This composite Quirk may sometimes give the appearance of the person having two separate Quirks, such as Shoto Todoroki's Half-Cold Half-Hot.
