   A small one car train was quietly running down the track deep underground, connecting various sections of the underground portion of the base. A base much larger and more elaborate than the public believed based on its much less impressive above ground section. It was inaccurate to say multiple buildings were connected down here, It was all one large metal box essentially. A maze of tunnels and rooms, with occasional larger open areas. It was quite possible no one on the base had the entire layout memorized enough to know where every thing was, without studying maps (which were largely restricted to the higher ranking officers).    My First Character Profiles

   For now we will focus on the mecha combat unit. The specifics can be determined, though I think we will continue the Evangelion inspiration. It will be a more secretive unit, focused on fighting an inhuman threat of some sort and requiring these younger pilots for one reason or another. Much of their time will be spent on base, but there could be other locations too. If other people join who want to do something else, other settings may be added, but it will just be that one for now.    This will probably be the last poll topic, at least for now, unless somebody else thinks of a question(s) that would be fitting for polls. Again, vote for as many things as you like.    Like I said in the description, there could be more than one setting.    Still thinking about the details on a character or two to make, which could be impacted, depending on who joins. This is what I intend to use for a character profile.
