Conditional Power

In a similar vein to Corrupt a Wish, in this game one person suggests a super power they could have, and the next person gives a condition for it's use, before giving their own power for the next person, and so on.

For example (you're welcome to use the examples in the thread for a 'proper' response):
P1: Invisibility

P2: Can only turn invisible when nobody is looking.
Able to cure any illness.

So let's continue from the example I gave.

Able to regenerate.

You have to meet special conditions such as it being Wednesday, at six in the evening and only if you're wearing a pink tutu.

Shape shifting.

You can only shift into literal shapes, like cubes and spheres.

Telekinesis.

[Neptune]

You can only move empty paper bags.

Super strength.

[SMFoxy]

It's always on, so you can't perform delicate operations/use standard equipment like a computer keyboard or pen.

Technopathy.

[Neptune]

You can only use it to pull up beastiality porn sites, and only on computers you own.

Levitation. 

[Whoreo]

You can only do so with a Persian rug under you, and when you do you'll be called Racist for painting a stereotype against any other race than White, because that's the bullshit that passes for logic nowadays.

Transformation.

Can only transform into the opposite sex of your species.

X-Ray Vision

You can't see through things that you actually want to.

Talking to animals.

Only on the set of a movie where the main character talks to animals. 

Flight.
