Named after the glowing green lights produced by much of the machinery, this used to simply be a control station for the elevator that brings one up and down from the canyon, but it has now been modified to also be used as a drinking house for the raiders. A boisterous pub where the raiders blow off steam. You can often see cadets and officers drinking together, and sometimes getting into friendly brawls. There are few tables in the back dedicated to card and dice games, as well as arm wrestling. Members of the Devil's Brigade are only allowed to drink off duty.
