Short Bio:

*4 Sexual Orientation:

*1 Just in case name(s) are ambiguous, I thought it was a good idea to make clear if it is a change or not.

*2 A lot of the time there will be some difference between the age of the original person and who they becoming, possibly a significant difference, the new identity could be older or younger.

*3 My idea on how this works, is by the end the character they have become will be their primary identity, with all the memories and general personality that comes with it.  The original identity is still somewhat there though.  They remember who they used to be and it may have some influence on the primary identity, though how much varies on a case by case basis.  The physical and mental changes will likely have somewhat different time frames and with some aspects happening faster (a gender change will likely be an overnight change, though certain aspects of it, like breast growth, could take longer and they may be able to hide the change initially).

*4 The previous identity and especially if there was a gender change might impact this.  For example a man becoming a woman might still have interest in other women, even if the character they become originally did not (though with character becoming the new dominant identity it is far more likely she would be bisexual, and with a preference for men, rather than a lesbian).
