What is a hero? (Encounter, Open)

A single step. Perhaps it really is as simple as everyone makes it out to be, a simple motor control function of moving from one point to another. But for Tyler, this step carried a magnitude of trepidation. The young student had been accepted to participate in one of the most prestigious hero academies in the world, he couldn't help that some of it was due to his hero pedigree, being the son of a pro can carry a great deal of weight and responsibility.

Did Tyler really deserve this honor? Or was it just his name alone  that had carried him here? These questions and so many more had filled his mind as he took in the school with those ocean blue eyes. A deep inhale through his nostrils followed by a soft swallow in the back of his throat as he knew the next step would be the first that could lead to him becoming a pro like his father. On top of everything, could this school really help him harness his quirk to it's full potential? Only one way to find out.

His crosstrainer lifted up off the pavement and he crossed the threshold onto the school grounds. Tyler ran a hand softly through his blonde hair and walked towards the main campus. Duffle bag slung over his shoulder and determination in each step. His journey had finally begun.

Antonio smiled as he looked up at the building before him. He had made it, after four long years trying to immigrate to this great country and applying for citizenship, and then honing his quirk for the entrance exams, he had been accepted. He stood with the mask his father had given him clutched tightly in his hand. He only wished his mother could be there to see him now, the thought brought a tear to his eye. Feeling the tear roll down his cheek snapped Antonio back to reality as he quickly wiped it away and scanned the area around him. He saw many students who seemed to already be bustling about, and was afraid to approach them. He had been working on his english, but he was afraid his accent may make talking to some of the other students a bit more difficult, and he wanted to make a good first impression.

 

As he scanned the area he saw another guy who he could only assume was new just like him as he had his duffel slung over his shoulder and seemed just as in awe of his surroundings as he was. Antonio took a deep breath to calm his nerves before turning and approaching him, tucking the mask into his back pocket as he walked up beside him. "Hola! er- Hello. I'm Antonio, are you new here as well?" he asked as he extended his hand with a smile.

Tyler turned his head to the new student approaching him. His eyes widened at first as a small hint of panic had beset him.

'For the love of All Might, please tell me I haven't been recognized already! I've only been in like three pictures with dad!'

Tyler's expression instantly softened when the hand was extended and the question to him being new was placed. It was comforting to know that here there was a chance that no one would recognize and others wouldnt care who he was. That suited him just fine! Tyler reached out happily and shook the student's hand firmly with a growing smile on his face. "Yeah, I haven't even had a dorm assigned yet." He laughed a little nervously as he wasn't completely sure where to go except maybe the office for orientation? "Oh, I'm Tyler by the way."

“Placer concerte, Tyler, er, it’s a pleasure to meet you,” he said, still clearly fumbling a bit to stick with English. “My apologies, I speak mostly Spanish at home, the change is taking some getting used to,” he said, doing his best to keep his words clear through his accent. “I haven’t gotten my assignment either, I don’t really know my way around here at all, I missed out on the tours while I was moving,”

Trees are great. It's so relaxing to just take in the sounds of the leaves brushing against one another. Yep. Sometimes it's just good to sit still, lay back, and settle down! Totally cool. Not boring at all. Nope.

Within a tree near the entrance lay the little mouse, propped up within the crook of a couple limbs. Eyes were shut while arms settled behind her head, holding her backpack up as a makeshift pillow. Her parents had expressed some concern over her constant need to move. This sort of exercise, if one could call it that, was something she did every day. Today she'd been going for a good hour! But, as usual, she was getting awfully bored by it.

Alright cool! That's enough of that!

A forward roll dropped her out from the tree, although she managed to grab onto another limb halfway down. Leaves and twigs tumbled to the ground beneath her while she hung in place for a moment, only to finish the drop to the ground below, rolling forward to break up the impact. With a hop to her feet she flipped out a mirror, checking it over briefly while she removed most of the leaves and twigs from her hair. Then, after settling it away, she took a quick glance around, ultimately spotting a couple of boys nearby!

Her backpack was slung over her shoulders. She approached them at a brisk pace, although she held back from using her powers to close the distance even quicker. No, she wasn't wearing the right clothes for that! Not that losing them really bothered her too much, it would just make a poor first impression! Probably!

With a wide smile the little mousey girl stopped between the two boys, perhaps even a bit uncomfortably close to both. She looked up towards each of them, shifting her gaze between the two repeatedly. Then she lifted both of her hands up, one towards each! "Hey there! My name is Momae Suzuki! It's nice to meet you two!"

The shortest of the two boys still had almost a good foot of height over her. A long thinly furred tail danced in the air behind her, focusing all of her excitement into one place! Normally she'd be bouncing on her toes or fidgeting around, but she really was doing her best to make a good first impression. Unfortunately despite everything she still couldn't fully contain herself. Only a moment following her introduction passed before she continued to speak!

"So are you two new here too? This is my first day! What sort of heroes do you wanna be? Do you got any cool quirks? Mine is kinda boring to be honest. Like, real simple. Do you two got a room already? Do you think they're gonna let boys and girls bunk together? That'd be pretty neat, right? You two are pretty cute so you probably won't have any problems with dating. Or maybe you're already dating someone? I guess I wouldn't be surprised, huh?"

A lightning barrage of sweet, excited words left her mouth in rapid succession! But thankfully she caught herself early. When she noticed the rambling Momae pursed her lips together and simply smiled, looking between the two once more while she awaited their responses! The quick jerking around of her tail probably signaled just how hard it was for her to keep quiet. This wasn't easy for her!

Normal conversation? Nailed it!

((*quietly picks up Momae* This is the most adorable thing ever... you are adopted and I will never let you go!))

After shaking Antonio's hand he nodded in agreement on missing the tours. That was a bungle they were certainly going to pay for when it came to classes! It was then the ball of energy between them had captured his attention! Withdrawing his hand from Antonio he first mistakened her for a child but clearly she was just... small? The mouse like girl was so cute and he found her hyperactivity both refreshing and exhilarating! It brought a smile to his face and he was more than happy to shake her hand!

Unfortunately in his excitement, his quirk had accidentally been going off... nowhere near enough to cause a lightning strike thankfully but enough to manipulate the positive particles along the ridges of Momae's ears... along with the base and tip of her tail. It wasnt so much as a static shock when he shook her hand as more of a stimulating current that could cause the sensitive skin to tingle and fur to stand on end. Tyler was actually oblivious to what he was doing while shaking her hand and started speaking. "Pleasure to meet you! To.. to be honest I dont think they will have us dorm with girls... would be cool though." He laughed a little before finally pulling his hand back.

Antonio started a bit, stepping back as he saw the small mousy girl appear between them. He watched Tyler shaking her hand and after his moment of surprise passed his smile returned to his face. As Tyler's hand receded he extended his own, giving the young girl a sweet smile "Yo soy Antonio," he said, stumbling over his English again and completely missing that he had spoken in Spanish to her. "I didn't know they had dorms here, my father and I just moved nearby so I just live at home," he said with a shrug, his eyes moving back and forth between the two in front of him. 

 

As he got a better look at them he started to visibly relax. He had been rather concerned about standing out too much at the school because of his race, but the first two people he met on campus being so vastly different in appearance gave him some comfort in that regard. He hadn't been out of Texas long, and where he had lived was densely Hispanic, so he felt a bit like a fish out of water in his new surroundings.

As her fingers came into contact with Tyler's a jolt of lightning zapped it's way throughout her body! Or, rather, a burst of static focused right in some of her more sensitive spots. For an instant her tail stuck straight upwards! She even stood on her tippy toes as a shiver ran down her spine! But then she settled right back down onto the flats of her feet, face left just a bit tinged with pink.

"Ooooh. What was that? I'm feeling some electricity between us already!"

With hand gripped Momae gave the boy a quick shake! Antonio's met her other hand next, and after a quick shake of his she dropped both to her sides. They actually had a point! She hadn't at all checked on that! But it probably wouldn't be an issue. Certainly not for someone as quick as her!

"You might be right though. What if they don't have dorms? They'll crush my dreams this quickly?! Can't a girl bunk with a cute boy? Or a cute girl? Or both?!"

Fingers clenched into fists. No! It couldn't be crushed that early! But if so oh well. There was plenty of time to be spent with the others! Heck that just meant she could go to their place! Or perhaps do a little stalking! Nothing wrong with that as long as she wasn't caught! Right?

"Hey you two do the tour yet? I've already ran around this place a little bit. Know some of it. Probably not all of it though. It's pretty big! Like you two! I mean, you're big to me. Probably big all over! Eheheheh!"

For a moment Momae's gaze lowered, the squeaky giggle hanging in the air. Oh yes. She could only imagine! But she quickly snapped out of the briefly lewd moment and instead snapped her gaze right back up between the two!

"So whatcha doing now? What do you wanna do now? There's gotta be something, right? Right?!"

What a cute and... horny little mousey girl! The thought of sharing a dorm with her was enticing and maybe a bit exhausting. Her speed and energy made her difficult to keep up with but honestly her lewdness provoked imaginations that he kinda felt very inappropriate for letting into his mind... namely spitroasting the girl with Antonio. I mean it wasn't a stretch, she was already between them and she seemed like she would enjoy the act!

Wow, why did he think of that? Was it just because of the excitement of this place or perhaps the fact that she was meeting him in a moment where first day jitters could really use a release! Her reaction to his handshake made him realize that his quirk must have gone off from a lapse of concentration. He would have felt guilty had she not seemed to of enjoyed it so much. "Sorry I guess that was my quirk." He laughed a little but when she suggested doing something that lewd image of her servicing both their members came to mind and color had flushed to his cheeks. "Erm... seems you may be in the best position to show us around Momae. I bet you can show us some private places around here that no one looks in." Considering how attracted she seemed to be to them he figured there would be nothing wrong with a little harmless flirting... it's not like anything would come of that so soon... right?

Antonio's eyes brightened at the thought of finally having someone to show him around. He was a touch thrown off by her... 'aggressively flirtatious nature' as he was generally the more flirtatious one in most groups, and even then he was surprised by Tyler's eagerness to join in the exchange. He could tell he was going to get along with the two of them nicely, Tyler seemed similar enough to himself that they would make good friends, and the excitable Momae was rather... forward and seemed to be someone who could feed into his more wild tendencies. Standing there with the two of them he let out a soft sigh of relief, he had been a bit more tensed with the new surroundings, but after meeting these two he felt like he may be able to relax a bit more and be himself. 

 

He smirked at the two of them, not one to be outdone in the flirting department by some gringo, he spoke "Well, I suppose that's settled then, Ms. Momae, I think I speak for the both of us when I say I would be delighted if you would show us the way around this place, though I'm sure getting lost with you wouldn't be the worst," he said, his voice smooth and his words deliberate as he worked to keep his English clear through his accent before taking her hand gingerly and placing a soft kiss on her knuckles before straightening up some more "I suppose we've gotten a glimpse of your quirk now, too, Tyler, perhaps we should discuss a bit about our respective abilities before setting off? I've been told my quirk is considered... muy caliente."

If only Momae knew what they were thinking! Especially Tyler! She probably wouldn't object to such an idea. In fact it had already clearly crossed her mind. Of course someone like her would probably need two or more partners to satisfy, after all with one person she could probably get them off with incredible ease should she make an effort of it! Although she'd certainly want to grab some food before doing anything frisky with the two of them, if that were indeed her plan.

Might be a fun plan. Though getting in trouble for fooling around on the first day might not be a good idea either. Ah, well, heck let's just see where this goes!

"Neat quirk! Electricity huh? Like I said, way cooler than mine! A nice, zippy, quick one too! I bet you find all sorts of uses for it! Like recharging stuff! Or that thing you just did with me! Or shocking bad guys on water! Or sending out pulses and using them like radar! I guess that one would probably take more practice."

Ah! Yes! The tour! She could totally give them one! Well, sort of! Like she said she hadn't fully explored this place yet! It probably would have been better to wait for a teacher but she was tired of waiting! Besides she doubted a teacher would join in on their little escapades should they decide to go through with them!

When a kiss was planted upon her little hand Momae let loose a bout of soft, squeaky giggling! How romantic! Or perhaps it was a cultural thing. Romance was more fun to imagine though so she'd just stick with that one.

"What a charmer! I think the three of us are going to get very, very closely acquainted."

With that Momae started to lead the way towards the closest building she could see! "I don't know what that means. Mine is pretty boring, like I've said. I'm just fast is all. A little faster than normal people. Exciting, huh? Also I think this is the main building we're going to. It probably has classrooms and stuff. Maybe a cafeteria too if we're lucky!"

Now if only we could find some dorms! Maybe get lost in a room somewhere. Hopefully one that is unoccupied! Or not! The more the merrier!

Tyler held the same smile for Momae the entire time! Even with all the lustful thoughts going through his head it was Antonio pulling his attention when asked about his quirk. He paused his step for a second and outstretched his hands with palms facing one another. It was still quite possible to shock himself so care and patience had to be taken. Positive particles harnessed in one palm, negative particles in the other. Nothing too big, just a small display. A discharge of electricity passed through his hands like a very large static shock. Once it had passed he shook both his hands as the shock was a little more intense than he anticipated. "Its not such much electricity... its positive and negative charges in the air. Lightning and static seems to be the side effect but.. I'm hoping the school can teach me more about it. Your idea of a radar pulse is pretty cool and creative Momae!" He complimented her while also stroking her swaying tail from midpoint to end just as he started walking with them.

"Speed is still really useful! My da- well... the pros often talk about how it can mean life and death with how fast someone can traverse the battlefield.. whether its getting a better position on someone or getting messages to allies... I think speedy heroes are some of the best Momae."

He turned his attention to Antonio hoping he had satisfied him with his answers. "What about you Antonio, what's your quirk?"

(Almost... almost called him 'Amigo', my inner Texan was slipping out! Lol)

Antonio raised his eyebrows, giving a small clap at Tyler’s quirk “Very impressive, mi amigo, definitely a useful quirk with great potential,” he said, smirking a bit when he was asked about his own.

 

Without skipping a beat he took a step back from the two of them and pulled out a small plastic box, it looked like a repurposed first aid kit, with a jalapeño pepper sticker covering the Red Cross on the box. He opened it and showed them the contents “Voila!” He said a bit gleefully as he revealed a box full of several different hot peppers. He reached in and pulled out a small, round orange pepper before closing the box 

 

“My quirk gives me special abilities when I eat different peppers, watch this,” he said somewhat excitedly before popping the orange pepper into his mouth, quickly chewing and swallowing it before his face suddenly turned red, a bit of smoke starting to puff out of his nose before he tilted his head back and shot a large burst of flames skyward, it only lasted a couple of seconds, but it was very hot and quite impressive in size. As he turned his head back toward them he smiled, a bit of smoke leaking from the corners of his mouth as he casually cracked his neck “What do you think of that? Like I said, Muy Caliente,”

Another jolt raced up her spine! Now he was playing with her tail! It prompted a shudder throughout her body. But she didn't move her tail away. If anything it curled around the hand, tip brushing against his wrist! If he was trying to get her riled up then he was doing a fine job of it!

Even so she turned, walking backwards while she lead them on. Her eyes widened at the creation of electricity. It was a pretty neat trick! And his power actually sounded more clever than she gave him credit for! "Oh! Well now that is pretty neat! And, I mean, thank you for the compliments. Speed is useful I guess. Just, you know, its not very flashy."

Okay, she wasn't being completely honest here. It wasn't just that she was fast. In fact, just like Tyler, her ability was a little more complicated than that. But jut describing herself as being speedy was easier. It also meant she wasn't revealing all her tricks! That was important too, right? What if they had an exam or something and she had to do something competitively?!

Antonio ended up pulling out a plastic case with peppers! The little mouse was, for the moment, thoroughly confused. Perhaps he could grow them? Or maybe they actually weren't peppers? That could be it! Like some sort of grenade or something!

Oh. Nope. He just ate it. And now he's shooting fire out of his mouth!

Again her eyes widened in awe. Following the burst of flames Momae excitedly clapped her hands together! Shooting balls of fire from one's mouth certainly was impressive! And flashy! Also dangerous!

"That was pretty hot! See, you both have much flashier powers. I can't really even show mine off right now. Wrong type of clothes, ya know? I'd wear out what I have on now and then I'd be, well, possibly naked! I mean I guess I could take my underwear off and then show ya, but I'm sure you can imagine on your own what it looks like. Sides, probably best to leave my underwear on till later, right?"

With a wink Momae settled her arms up behind her head, slowing down enough so that her tail could continue to be pampered while she walked ahead of the two! She took a glance around towards the other buildings while they proceeded.

"I think that one is a gym? It looks like a gym. Dunno what those are. Oh! That one has a gate! It looks like dorms! Jackpot!"

"That's impressive Antonio!" He had many questions about the applications or even the effects of different peppers! Tyler had recently become obsessed with quirk growth and full potential! No doubt brought on by his current limitations and the desire to reach new heights. Energy manipulation had to mean more than just electrical current, his own studies on the subject revealed that it really was no different than the manipulation of matter itself... magnetism, molecules, potentially his quirk could do so much more but he lacked the experience on how to discover just how far it could go! This school meant that next step could be found here!

His existential debate was interrupted by Momae, which was quickly becoming his next obsession. He bit his bottom lip as she listed off buildings and when she stopped at what she suspected to be the dorm Tyler had placed his hand on the small of her back, moving downward to wrap his fingers gently around the base of her tail, gently he ran his palm and fingers along the length of her tail stopping at the tip to not only gently squeeze but to tease with his fingertips. It was in this moment that Tyler realized his lack of self control was probably from being hornier than he thought as that movement alone had gone well beyond simple flirting. "Do you think our names are listed in the dorms?" He asked casually though his hand was continuing to tease the mousey girl's tail.

Antonio smirked and gave the two of them a light bow as he tucked his small plastic case back in his bag. "Gracis, mis amigos," he said sweetly as he straightened himself back up, a few last wisps of smoke rolling out of his mouth as he directed his gaze between the two of them. He was about to go into a further explanation of how his powers worked when Momae chimed in with another heavily flirtatious statement that caught him a bit off guard again. He smirked, he knew already he was going to like this girl. 

 

As they started walking, Antonio tried to keep pace, and he couldn't help but notice out of the corner of his eye how touchy Tyler was getting with their new friend. He wasn't sure what to make of it, if anything, but he decided he would simply observe for the time being and see what to make of it later. He paid as close attention as he could as they followed the mousy girl about, though some things she said got a bit lost to him with how quickly she spoke. As they reached what he assumed were the dorms he turned his head to respond to Tyler's question. "I would suspect there would be something to tell people where they're staying. Couldn't hurt to check, I suppose."

Red shot up the little mouse's cheeks. A hand had planted itself against her lower back, only to drift further down! Then fingers found their way along her tail's entire length! The fur was quite soft, but the skin underneath the thin layer of it was mostly smooth with just the occasional ridge. For a moment she thought he was just about to start groping her butt right there in the open, but this was just a tad bit worse! Heat already started to lift in her chest, more gathering between her loins.

He sure ain't making this easy! Antonio seems a bit shy though. Sorta?

"Yeah. Let's go take a look. Maybe we can check out one of the rooms together."

Thoroughly!

Momae turned, grasping onto each both's wrists with her hands! Well, one for each. Then she'd begin to skip along towards what she assumed were the dorms, sticking in between them both! If nothing else she'd end up being there for quite a bit longer later in the night!

Two cute boys! What a great start! My harem begins now!

Ah yes. She could see it in her mind now! So many cute boys and girls! Perhaps even some teachers! Maybe a dastardly rival villain?! Who knows! Just as long as she had fun, right? In any case once they entered the building she tugged them right on over to where she assumed she might find the information! Of course it was highly unlikely that she would be bunked with a boy, but if students did share rooms then she wouldn't be surprised if these two shared one together!

Perhaps that's thinking a bit too positively though.

That moment where you have to choose between being responsible or continue groping the cute mouse girl. Both could still be possible, multitasking was a strong suit of his unless he was using his quirk.

He pondered a brief moment as his eyes wondered the board, Antonio said he lived off campus that would mean he would have someone else for a room mate right? Unless the dorms were singles. He wasn't sure if dorms were coed but he found himself praying to the gods that fortune would smile on him and he would find Momae as a room mate. Wait... where's the hand going?

Surely enough the hand on Momae's tail had followed its length all the way back to the base. His palm gently pressing against her lower back as his middle and ring finger split apart to keep the base of her tail between them. A gentle squeeze was applied to her tail but also his fingers hand gone past her tail to rub up against her rear. "Oh! Look they have me listed at 3A... doesnt mention a dorm mate."

Seeing that Antonio was hesitant and he knew that he probably had no other interest in the dorms save for following Tyler and Momae straight into trouble, he decided to pass along an invitation. "You guys want to come see it? Also Antonio, have you felt her tail? It's so soft."

Lyla was walking around the main campus. It seemed as she was searching for something...or someone. I know she has to be here by now she thought as determination flicked through her red eyes. She had a duffle bag on one of her arms but she heard some noises and when she looked over her eyes widened. Oh crap! People! She thought and she quickly turned back around. Her cheeks turning as red as her eyes for a moment. It wasn’t like she didn’t like other people, it’s just that Lyla was a shy girl. She stood where she was with her back turned towards them as she tried to make herself look busy with staring at a piece of paper. Nervousness trickling into her body as her breathing even became a bit uneven. Just don’t notice me..please she thought. If they were to notice how she looked right now it would totally be embarrassing!

Antonio followed along rather contently, his eyes scanning about to take in the area, keeping watch on his two companions out of the corner of his eyes the whole time, though that didn't keep him from being startled as Momae grabbed hold of his wrist and he felt himself pulled along. He couldn't help chuckling at her energetic nature.

When Tyler mentioned finding his room assignment he nodded "I think checking out su casa sounds like a great plan!" he then met eyes with Tyler and gave him a smirk and a sly wink at his mention of feeling Momae's tail "Don't worry, I have a feeling I'll have plenty of opportunity to feel it rather soon," He gave Tyler a small pat on the back before turning back to scan the hall "Shall we find our way to 3A, then? I'm curious to see what the dorms here are like."

As he looked down the hall he saw the back of another girl just a bit down from them and he smiled, "Oh, and hey, looks like another student, HOLA! COMO ESTAS?" he shouted the last part, it seemed as if he was no longer even trying to keep his two languages separate anymore, but he was excited to meet some fresh faces in this new place.

Oooh. There he goes! How lewd! Right out in the open! I think we're going to be good friends!

The little mouse shivered with glee as fingers briefly squeezed against her squishy rump, although her dress gave more than enough fabric to diminish much of the effect it might have had. Still, her poor tail was always a weak point when it came to these sorts of things. It did, however, prove excellent for both balance and manipulation of small objects.

I could probably use it on one of these two. Yeah! I should try that! A tail-job! So original!

All the affection had managed to distract her enough that she hadn't even noticed the third person nearby! She looked up, glancing between the boys while they made their little winks. "Yeah! Sounds great! We could throw a little party. Maybe break in the bed. Or whatever other furniture might be there. Either way pampering my tail can wait."

And then Antonio spotted someone else! Her tail stuck out straight as she turned, ears twitching slightly.

A girl! A cute girl!

With a gleam in her eyes Momae simply appeared right in front of the girl, one hand held out for shaking! Or, rather, she moved with enough speed that one could certainly see her blinking from one spot to the next. So excited was she that she simply couldn't hold back! Either way the sudden burst of movement sent her skirt fluttering towards the girl as soon as she'd stopped, even creating a slight popping noise from her earlier position! Her underwear was certainly worn down by it but she could worry about that later.

"Hey there! I'm Momae! The taller boy is Tyler and the shorter boy is Antonio! They're both super cute, right?! You're pretty cute too! Also nice to meet ya! We're going to go check out Tyler's room! Wanna join us? Wanna? Wanna?! It'll be fun! I promise! Super fun! We're going to do lot's of fun stuff! Good time to meet new friends!"

And so she was off, her squeaky excited voice letting loose a barrage of questions!

Wait.. what just happened? With his mind completely addled with so many thoughts he hadn't noticed the other girl until Momae had litterally vanished from his hand. He turned to see the nervous girl attacked by the energetic Momae. She's THAT fast!? Wow!

It even took him a little time to walk over and catch up to them, patiently waiting for Momae to finish her questioning before extending one hand to Lyla while the other pushed a few blonde strands from his eyes. "Hi, what's your name?"

Lyla’s eyes widened and she blinked a few times as now there was a person in front of her. Her mouth slightly hung open in shock. How did she..when did she..what?! Her thought process was all shook up as she was trying to figure everything out. She listened to everything Momae had to say as she couldn’t even respond to the barrage of questions. But politely she took the mouse girl’s hand and shook it lightly. She let her bangs hide most of her face as she was blushing rather hard. “Um..I’m Lyla” she then spoke quietly. She looked to Tyler as he extended a hand and took his as well, shaking both of the people’s hands at the same time. She then shifted her gaze to Antonio before looking at the other three. Quite energetic they are she thought as her nerves kicked in a bit. “And uh...sure?” She awkwardly agreed to go with them.

Antonio shook his head as he chuckled softly, following the other two over, a bit slower to reach their new friend than the others, and greeting her far more calmly now, too. “Soy Antonio, pleasure to meet you, Lyla. You have a very pretty name, chica,” he said softly as he took her hand from Tyler’s and planted a gentle kiss on her knuckles.

 

”You seem nervous. I apologize if I startled you, and for our adorable friend here, she’s rather energetic and excitable. I can barely keep up with her words half the time,” he said with a smirk. He had a gentle tone to his voice, it was very clear he was used to turning on his charm around beautiful women, and now that he was more comfortable in his surroundings he was back in full swing.

Do I smell something burning? Must be the shoes. Note to self: need new shoes! Better shoes! Maybe one of the teachers can suggest something!

Then again she could just go barefoot. Often times she did just that! But in a combat zone that was ill advised. After all things broke and left debris everywhere! And in a city? Well there was always the risk of glass on the battlefield. So much glass.

"Yeah! Pretty name for a pretty face! You're cute. Eheheheheheh! Today is just getting better and better!"

A devious grin stretched across the mouse's lips, hands wringing together. It definitely wasn't the hero sort of look. Just the opposite in fact! The same could be said of the little squeaky cackle that followed, although only for a few moments before she snapped back to her normal self. 

Now she glanced between the three swiftly. Two boys. Two girls. Perfection. Okay, more would be more perfect, but hey this was a good start! They could do all sorts of things with these numbers! Ultimately however her gaze settled upon Tyler.

"Well then Tyler! Lead the way!"
