You can easily find the roms on PC, just by looking for them on websites that contain the roms, do try to be careful incase certain sites to bait you, as sometimes the game advertised may not actually be there. There's also downloadable emulators made for roms as well. However, if you want to be more official with your games, you waould have to buy them. You can find them on a few consoles, such as Xbox One, Switch, Wii, Wii U, PS4, for examples. You'll either find just the one game, or you have to buy the Legacy Collections for the games. While questionable price when buying only one of the two parts, it's certainly worth the price buying both LC 1 and 2 together.

I would like to support by purchasing, but I primarily use PC and occassionally my PS3.

I do believe the Mega Man Classic and X Legacy Collections are purchase-able on Steam as well.

Haha, nah, we are mostly good (I will let you know what might annoy me a bit). But yes, all that stuff about supply and demand, number of people able to work on gaming industry, ressources. Many factors.

I am not even sure we did stuff other than Hitman series.
