A meeting is brought to the Brother's of Dusk and The Sister's of Twilight. 

The Sisters, Shinai and Pilo are warriors leading a group of warriors that wish for peace to be brought to the regions and the people in prosperity. For they were raised in the poor village of Ruka' where only the nobles have better survival than those and they live no where near the village. 

They call a meeting for an alliance in Hope's of working together they will be able to bring the lands in unity.
