Well ypu could but I prefer everyone have at least one staff character since guests comw and go and the story is focused on the complex its not like we will be following guests outside to complex much.

You can allways make a non lewdable character since that exists if you dont want to be forced to as a servant

Yes that is true. That is why the option was put there. Plus if out of character you say you do not want to have that sort of interaction then yeah people would have to respect your wishes.

 

Also there are the positions that are unlikely to get requested. Ones where you would most likely not be visible to clients like the kitchen and such.

Meanwhile im planning to play someone who maintains some of the hotsprings (minor cleaning, mineral and temperature monitoring, etc) and im assuming the springs never truely close and to keep with the themes they have women clean the mens bath and vise versa (correct me if im wrong) so just uh... ya... keep that in mind
