In this district you can find whatever you may want or need of various sort. There are plenty of places to find markets of various sizes and there are even rumors of less than legitimate ones hidden around.
Furthermore, it is also home to the many craftsmen within Karthel who happily take any orders you may have for them to fulfill.

Not a whole lot of inns and taverns are placed within this district, but it is still place to a few that mostly see people who has been hitting the markets or locals, meaning there is coin to make on people here in this manner. Many people from outside of the country also come here and that includes races of many other kinds than the regular human. Among these is a single ratfolk, dressed in very primitive clothing. Her dress is pretty much focused on covering the basics and in general being very practical and making her able to move freely and with great finesse and even speed if desired. Weird and strange fetishes hang from various parts of her and pouches are full of various alchemical ingredients.

The young ratfolk named Nishka is trying to order something from the barkeep, but due to her sheltered life in the swamplands, many concepts are entirely foreign and alien to her. She just asked the barkeep for what he might recommend, which is a simple mug of home brewed fine ale, but of course the moment kind of comes to a halt soon enough."What is this gold barkeep speaks about? Nishka can offer a potion for it. Don't worry...Nishka promises it is safe, yes yes", she replies back to the bewildered dwarf who very much just prefer coin. She is also quite unaware of how she keeps a small line of patrons waiting and thus creating a minor scene, @Mysthero

A olive-skinned woman standing at a diminutive height of 4’2” slowly weaves her way through the crowded streets of the market with her long raven black hair flowing behind as a black satin wizard’s cap rests atop her head hiding her two pointy ears. A soft smile adorns her famous as her amber-colored eyes scan the crowd and stalls for an easy mark. Her voluptuous hourglass formed is tightly clung to with a long flowing maroon silk dress with dark crimson red heart visible above her right hip and the dress being lined with a black outline. In her tiny slender left hand on her wrist, a tiny tattered and worn black leather bound book can be seen handing from a silver leather cord. Around her slim neck, a black leather corded necklace can be seen around with three ruby hearts and a couple of quartz dice.

GM: With Pruszia going through the busy streets of the district, there are multiple potential targets for her to go after. Of course, stealing in full daylight is always a big risk and requires high finesse and stealth and subterfuge. Among these targets are an older rich looking lady who has her attention fully onto a booth she is looking over for items of the slightly magical kind, with the booth mostly blocked by pedestrian traffic and thus the bodies slightly obscure the view of the guards around here. Another person has fallen asleep, resting against a wall and seems quite unable to register much.

Pruszia skips lightly to a stop as she glances between the two identified marks as she taps her chin thoughtfully, while watching between the two of them from the older woman and the sleeping person against a wall. She pursers her lips slightly in thought as he winds her way through the crowd away from the sleeping figure since she doesn't notice anything of worth and decides to go after the option that obscures her from view of the guards by the market booth table as he puts on an act of looking at the different different items on the table, while glancing at anything that might be easily pickpocketed off the table or the older woman.

As the goblin pickpocket approaches the booth with well-off looking older woman browsing the goods, there is a small selection of minor jewelry, a dagger and book near the edge of the stand that Pruszia is soon standing close by. The rich woman seems to be discussing something about an item she ordered last week, which has yet to arrive, which the seller apologizes whilst offering some slight compensation. The woman is having her coin pouch in her hand as she speaks, leaving that option out, but strapped to her belt is another pouch with something that sound like it is rattling about inside.

Pruszia glances at the numerous different items laid out on the table from the variety of trinket like jewelry, a dagger and the book that is set out on the merchant's wooden booth table. As she tilts her head slightly to the side with the delicate rattling sound echoing inside the leather pouch bound to the older woman's belt by a leather string at her side. Her amber eyes shift quickly between the merchant and the woman that he is bantering with as she prays that the conversation they are having is enough to distract both of them as she delicately reaches her tiny slender fingers up to untie the pouch from the rich woman's belt as she stretches her arms up to be be able to attempt the motion of removing the pouch. Due to the height difference and needing to tilt her head back to be able to keep an eye on the two humans, she is balancing delicately to not bump the table or the target to bring attention to herself to be able to escape quickly with the item into the crowd even if she has to flee from being spotted.

The tension surely grows for the thief as fiddling with some string to open up takes longer than other and quicker methods. She has to pull the string in various places, ways and with varying degrees of force. Meanwhile, the crowd around the booth has the potential to spot her, along with the guards who sometimes have a "hole" in the wall of bypassers, leaving this to be very tricky for Pruszia. Thankfully, the argument between the older woman and the booth salesman is going well and strong, maybe even too well as they speak a bit louder too, also adding to the risk of being spotted. The time is not the side of the goblin, but just a second before the richer woman finally looks down, the pouch is in her possession, the thief just barely able to retract her hands.

Prusiza mentally cheers in success at grabbing rich woman’s pouch as she tilts her head down covering her face with the brim of her face, while steps away from the merchant’s booth as she slips the pouch into the opening in her ample cleavage to not been seen carrying the item. She begins to quietly walk away from the woman that is finishing her conversation as she tries to puts on the appearance of browsing the goods and services in the market.

After about 10 minutes pass by, there is still no signs of any commotion or trouble happening due to the theft happening, although rich mature lady finally resorted her situation with the shopkeep. Everything around Pruszia seems fully back to normal and the pouch with the rattling stuff inside securely in her possession. Naturally, there are plenty of sellers loudly calling out having this and that and/or offering a sale on various wares. Most people don't pay much attention to the short thief either.

After the ten minutes has passed without any shouts or curses at a thief, she will glance around for a small out of the way area that she duck into the shadows or not disrupt the flow of the others in the market as she carefully pulls out the pouch to investigate the contents of the leather pouch with a curious glint in her eye, while quietly muttering to herself about what it possible could be in the precious bag.

It had taken him quite a while, but Damien eventually arrived in the capitol city of Karthel, namely the Market District in order to find a blacksmith to repair or even make him a new weapon.  As he wandered around, mostly window shopping, all he could think about was how lacking in quality some of the wares he saw were compared to what he was used to from a certain man.  'None of this stuff compares to Reggie's collection, even if he calls his weapons his 'art'.  I'm just hoping I can get a new weapon as high quality as the one he made.  I might have to put in a custom order,' Damien thought to himself as he walked around.  Even as he walked, checking shops and looking for a blacksmith, he had not lowered his guard for even a moment.  Even though he heard from Morgan that Etheria was peaceful, one could never be too careful in civilization.

In town, there are no signs of conflict going on, with the closest thing being loud arguing and haggling going on in various places. Guards are still overly very present, making sure to keep the peace going on. Overall, there is a relaxed, but still busy moos and atmosphere going on, as coins and wares switch hands or orders are placed on other ones. There are plenty of weapon salesmen around as well as places with smiths, both of which have something from average of quality and price and to truly wonderful craftmanship and value.

Pretty quickly, a private area reveals itself to the thief after a bit of searching. This gives her plenty of time and privacy to at least quickly open said pouch to expose its contents towards the goblin. Even simply opening the thing just feel a bit...off and wrong to her. However, not enough to stop her from wanting to do so and soon enough it is all open and she can glimpse inside. A round metallic disc of unknown metal with what looks like weird glowing symbols, emitting weird energy, along with what appars to be a sentient eye in the middle that looks right at her.

Pruszia gasps softly with a brief shutter at the  strange sinister looking sentient eye surrounded with archaic glowing ruins on the metal disk, which she quickly snaps the pouch shut as she replaces the strange mystical item with in the pouch safely touched away in her cleavage. She shakes her head as darts out of her hiding spot to wander around the market place before heading of in the direction of the closet blacksmith to acquire a new dagger to replace her broken one. As she tries to slip passed Damien whom is window shopping, she softly replies with a politely, “Excuse you do you mind moving so I can get the door open?” as she attempts to reach the door handle to gain access to the shop.

'No good here, either.  Some of these weapons are too light and don't feel right.  A custom order will probably be expensive, but at this rate, that might be my only option,' Damien thought as he looked over the wares of another shop.  He stopped thinking it over when he heard a voice close by directed towards him.  When he looked towards the source of the voice, he had subconsciously reached for his weapon when he saw Pruszia, only just stopping himself from drawing his weapon when he remembered that normally hostile monster races like goblins were more docile in Etheria.  Even if he had drawn his weapon, it likely wouldn't have done him much good, considering the sorry state his weapon was in.  It was a miracle on it's own the blade was still somewhat together, let alone usable.  He slowly moved his hand off the hilt of his weapon and moved aside to let Pruszia pass.  While a part of him thought she sounded polite enough, another part of him told him not to believe someone he barely knew just by a simple line one would say to any stranger.

Pruszia glances up the young man in front of her having seen that he hadn't moved out of the way at her request and bows her head slightly asking sweetly, "Do you mind moving so I can either enter the shop myself?" She misses Damien's action of nearly drawing his weapon at his hip, while she arches her head back to allow her to see past her wide brim black witch hat and look up at the person in front of her await for his response to her polite request. As she waits she taps her tiny bare foot on the ground impatiently as she thinks to herself, "is he deaf or blind to not notice me" and her arms cross in front of her small form holding a tattered old worn black leather book against her chest.

For a moment, Damien's attention turned towards the old book in Pruszia's possession.  Even though he wasn't completely sure, his instincts told him there might've been something off about it.  He shook his head, deciding that he must've just been overthinking things.  Without really considering it, Damien walked past Pruszia.  Once he was past, he took another glance around the area.  He made sure nobody was paying attention to him before he moved a hand towards his stomach.  'That soup wasn't very filling.  I need to get a new weapon, but maybe getting something to eat first would help more,' Damien thought to himself, deciding to (partly) put his search for a good smith on hold to instead satisfy his hunger.

Pruszia puffs out her cheeks slightly in frustration of being ignored as he glances down at her book before stepping out of her way and past her freeing the door glancing around the area. She shrugs her shoulders as he seems intent on ignoring her and jumps up to reach the door handle to the blacksmith with the intent of acquiring a simple door as she pushes the door open.

After grabbing himself something to eat, as unfilling as it was, Damien soon found himself back in front of the same shop he had glanced over earlier.  Out of the places he had scouted out, the one where he had been distracted by Pruszia had been the only one closest enough to reach his standards.  'If I'm going to get a new weapon, looks like this is the best I'll get around here.  If Reggie found out what happened to his 'art,' he'd want to kill me,' Damien thought.  He shook his head, deciding not to think about the possibility and made his way towards the door.

The blacksmith is a large, burly and muscular male orc turns from his forge, wiping sweat off of his brow as the door opens up and a small greenskin enters the shop."G'day there missy. How can Ah help yah? Just let me put down this here....", the man responds back in grovely voice as he sets down what he is working on currently. Grabbing a towel, he more properly wipes his head before moving closer to the counter

Pruszia gives a small nervous smile up at the large orc in front of her as she cranes her head back to look up at him from under the brim of her black witch hat. She replies with a soft polite tone, “I am in need of a dagger or small concealable blade, please sir? As she stands in front of his counter looking at the different blades that are display after making her request.

Damien slowly opened up the door, but stopped partway through when he heard a voice he thought was familiar.  'Of course you're still here.  I thought if I left for a while, she'd go away,' Damien thought to himself.  Thinking about the whole thing reminded him of one of his former allies, who (at least he claimed) that the ultimate goal for a man in life is to make a harem.  He would usually sleep around with women, and at some point or another have trouble with women.  Damien shook his head, trying not to think about it any further.  As far as he was concerned, all he was after was a new weapon.  If he could avoid a confrontation by not saying anything, he would do it.  Steeling himself in his head, Damien walked inside, trying to listen in on the conversation he was hearing as he browsed around and waited for his chance.

At the sound of the door opening followed by the shuffling of feet through the shop's door, she would glance over in the direction of the person spotting Damien causing her to take her attention of the blacksmith briefly before waving politely at the young man with a soft happy tone, "Thank you for moving out of the way to the shop's door, Mister" as she turns her attention back to the blacksmith waiting to see what items would be available for purchase to suit her needs.

The blacksmith gives the two a quick glance, spotting how they both seem interested in browsing or at least asking about his steel."Greetings tah yah both then. Ah can tell yah both have good eyes for quality stuff! Feel free tah look all yah want. Ah have all sorts'a weapons and armours. Ah also do repairs on anything...even magical stuff", he says and lets the goblin look over the many kinds of weapons and armours of any kinds and sizes.
