I can play characters of any gender, though I don't usually lean towards dominant roles. That's why some of the fetishes displayed here are from a submissive/receiver perspective.

Although I'll probably feel more comfortable starting with shorter roleplays, I do enjoy a bit of character interaction, and I'm fine if somewhere down the line we get some ideas to expand the roleplay beyond the initial scenario.

If you want to roleplay about a series that you're interested in, I'll do my best to get a bit familiar with the subject, but nevertheless I'd like for the both of us to collaborate on realizing your desired vision of the characters. Don't be afraid if you think your tastes might be too niche! If anything, I know how that feels.

The only thing I expect out of my roleplay partners regarding writing competence is that they don't forget about punctuation.

- fandom or pre-made characters. i prefer to create an original character tailored to the story we are writing

I admit that, compared to many here, I do seem to have remarkably boring tastes.  I like to think that what I lack in variety, I make up for with quality!

I am not in any way prudish or frightened of pushing my own limits.  I will put as much into a RP that is  set in someone else's favorite time/place as I will into my  own.   I will explore sexual limits as long as they are in the context of  the  story and make sense  with the characters.    

I think that Romance - like any emotion - is conceived, born and nurtured in the mind. 

I enjoy roleplays where both partners can be themselves but play out their thoughts in a story.  

My most favorite RP is one with two people - m&f - where there is little up-front constraint.  Ideally, I just need two people who are destined to meet (how does not even have to be defined) and then we just see where their relationship goes.  I do understand that  many people want there  to be some things pre-defined so that the story at least has some context.   I say,  let's just talk about it  and see whether our  minds  connect enough to give it a go!

I cannot gender-swap.  I am male and I write as a male.  I feel that if I write as a female it will lack integrity and will probably be either a lot of cliches or very shallow.

I am imaginative and love to connect with a sharp mind - with someone who enjoys writing but goes beyond the dialog and helps me see the environment of the story.  

I will not write anything abusive or unnatural.  I do not accept them in real life and, therefore, will not do it here.

I love long RPs - following a couple through the ups and downs.  I will write long responses and short responses and often somewhere in between.  I believe I contribute equally.

My requests of a RP Partner:

• If it is not working, don't just abandon - tell me
• If you have to take a break - tell me
• Do not speak for my character but let's share everyone except  our own characters!
• Be prepared to have a side-bar conversation (outside the RP) where we can agree/disagree and manage changes to the story

I will do all these in return and add that I will always respect my RP partner.
