  • Action adventure duo!

    For quite some time I have been wanting to do roleplays focused on fun action and such, rather than smut.

    I have done and are are currently doing plenty of roleplays with sexual content, but I really could use myself some more where we get to to crazy with incredible and awesome action.

    I don't have a set setting or plot in mind and I am very interested in either brainstorming and/or hearing your ideas.
    Of course, that doesn't mind I am completely lost and blank on suggestions. I will put down the overall thought I have had so far:

    • Space adventures
    • Life guard duo who look for various threats
    • Detective bureau
    • Special police force teammates
    • Time travelling agents, aiming to fix issues
    • A fantasy adventuring duo

    Awesomeness.

    It is fairly late here, so I won't be doing any posts, but you are free to start us off in the public RP place.

    How do you suggest things start off?

    Hmmm, well, seems like the most optimal place to kick things off for such a venture would be a chance meeting at a quaint tavern. Stage set for a bar brawl and an unlikely friendship forming up!

    I guess that could be one way, however it seems like an unlikely way I think.

    How do you like the idea of them being paired up by  the adventurer's guild as they both seek a partner there, but not really having control over who they get.

    Yeah, I can vibe more with such a meeting between the pair. Things like them getting pulled out by lots or somesuch for their assignments or however we go about their selection. I say we go for it! ^^

    Awesomeness :3 I also do run an open world fantasy setting with co-op world building, seeing as how we are about to do fantasy stuff.

    Weird physics: contardaictions from time travel, paradoxes, quantum uncertainty...

    I actually do! I was thinking that two detectives who had been on many cases together are now faced with a new serial killer stalking the streets of the city. It would be about piecing the mystery together and not letting the other become another victim. It can also include some occult or supernatural elements if you’re okay with that.

    I like the idea of it, but not sure I can execute it well. Could you give a more direct example?

    Oh, that sounds like a good amount of fun, really. Is there any sort of period you wish to go with?

    Sidenote: I actually run an RP club here that deals with Lovecraftian horror and investigation, if that is your thing.
