So I guess it would involve at least  some classical PnP rules, dice rolling?

Doesn't have to though. With players mature enough you could always hope for some common sense and self restriction when it comes to describing combat scenes. 

I mean,if you want to do that after the battle,Or during battle that's up to you.

It's a 1v1 Tournament by the way.
