Creepy Doctor seeks female patient to exploit and abuse

Hi all, your favorite vaguely literate sicko is looking for a RP again. 

I have a well to do, reasonably handsome, creepy as hell medical doctor with his own private practice.  His victim is a blind patient of his.  He never has a chaperone present for her exam, seems to always be out of gowns, flatters her, lingers unnecessarily when probing her sensitive parts, does sexual response and pain tolerance tests on her every visit.  "Your bottom is still very tight.  Have you been wearing that plug I prescribed?"  She puts up with it and always comes back for more.  Perhaps she is lonely and has low self esteem?  He will want to start up an inappropriate romance with her and have her move in with him, so he can better use and control her.
