Hello, I'm the new one!

Hey there!

Sooo...I'm new on the site, though not to roleplaying in general, and am looking to get into roleplaying again. Duh!

Maybe first some technicalities: As stated in my preference sheet (which you should take a look at), I'm pretty flexible in terms of character and kinks, but I prefer my rps a little more on the story-heavy side. Multiple paragraphs, intricate plots and side-plots, a barely managable amount of sidecharacters, which run off to spawn their own spin-offs, unneccessarily in-depth world building...What can I say, I'm a pretentious artist

I generally prefer to brainstorm a plot and setting with my partner, rather than confronting them (or being confronted with) a finished script. So instead of listing some elaborate ideas I just list a few genres/settings/plot points I especially enjoy.

Historical settings (I'm a huuuuge history nerd, soo...yeah)
- Alt-History (I'm always up for some interesting "What if...."-scenario!)
Horror/Dark Fantasy (I love the spoops)
High Fantasy/Sword-and-Sorcery (Along the lines of Lord of the Rings or Conan)
Sci-Fi (Space Opera, Military SF, Retro-SciFi, [Blank]punk...)
Dystopian Settings
Fluffy, Trashy, Trope-y Slice-of-Life (If it could be a teen-romcom on Netflix, I'd propbably be interested)
And finally, the only kink I feel the need to mention specifically: Corruption. Either framed as a good, liberating thing or as something devious. Yes please.

Some more fleshed-out ideas:

Worlds most lewd detective: Usually I'm not into fandom-stuff, but the original Sherlock Holmes is more mythology than fandom at this point, so...
If I remember correctly, Sherlock Holmes had a network of orphans and street urchins. Now, what if one teenage girl from this group starts to develop an innocent crush on Holmes...And the worlds greatest detective develops some much less innocent and much more inappropriate feelings towards her?
Don't talk to strangers!: A simple scenario: A teenage girl (either innocent and naive or a little rebellious) falls under the influence of a much older man. Maybe the two meet in a chat-room?
A nice, dark, slow-burn corruption-story, with lots of grooming, coercion and gaslighting.
A tall tale: Less a fleshed out idea, as a pairing: Something high-fantasy with a larger size-difference. Nothing too extreme. Think less Tinkerbell and more particulary short halfling Maybe a halfling/fae girl falls into the hands of a travelling orc-warrior? Details are up for discussion, of course.

Sooo...that's all I have to say right now.

To make the process a little easier and to avoid getting messages a la "Hey. Wanna rp?", I would highly appreciate, if you could include a) the genre you'd be most interested in, b) a specific kink you really want to include and c) (optional) a short, rough pitch for a story. Just so we have a starting point to come up with something fun and smutty
