The exact sort of person to become seduced by power and just as easily abuse it, but worse, with a wicked sense of humor. Watch out for his pranks, because he's not as innocent as he looks! He has an unusual habit of appearing without explanation and then disappearing with much of the same as he scurries around the world. A closed book. Little is known about whom he is and he seems all too eager to mislead you as much as possible. It's odd, it feels like he's hiding a secret underneath that faux smile he wears.
