In the world of Erona, sex holds great power. When someone induces an orgasm in another, they gain a portion of strength from the one orgasming. This has shaped a world where sex has become a tool of war, either with one-on-one fights involving full on intercourse or war zones that could be confused for orgies. Those that have gained a significant amount of power will have slowed aging, superhuman capabilities and many other traits.
