Female Psychic Vampire

I would like some help with setting up following character.  She is a psychic vampire.  She legal changed her name Belladonna Magdalena Bloodstone.  Three days after turning four years she was adopted.  Before turning into a psychic vampire she stood 4'10" tall and wore glasses.  On her fourteenth birthday she transformed into a psychic vampire. How can I improve on her appearance, her history and abilities?

The well-defined muscles accentuating her flawless cadmium red skin, which possesses a luminous and metallic appearance, showcases her physique—a testament to her strength and femininity.Unfurling from her back is a pair of gigantic, alluring and breathtaking but sinister-looking leathery wings that can wrap around her body like a cloak when they are not in use. The joints of her wings are laced with razor-like claws and adorned with jewelry. Reaching two higher than her head her wings have a wingspan of eighteen feet. Curving upwards from her forehead is a pair of sleek and magnificent, ridged horns. Her oval-shaped face is angelic in appearance. On both sides of her head is a horn; the back half of both of these horns curve outward, and the front half of both of these horns curve inward. Five thick and chunky raven black braids that are styled with perfect upward V-shaped twists reach down to her elbows.  A cylindrical hair cuff is wear at the top of each of her braids. Adorning both of her pointed ears are two medium-sized hoop earrings. Each of her three eyes, which resemble burning fire opals which burn with an inner fire and desire, are framed by long, delicate lashes. In the center of of her forehead is her third eye. Her perfectly shaped, upturned nose has a gentle bridge and a rounded tip. When she smiles her full lips that possess a cupid’s bow reveals her upper and lower canine fangs. Around her neck she wears a necklace with three fire opal pendants. Cadmium red polish graces each of her fingernails and toenails. The attire she wears consists of an amazingly designed black leather backless crisscross tie sleeveless halter crop top, which beautifully accentuates her medium-sized breasts and leaves her midriff exposed. She stands with elegance; she is at home wherever she is. Adorning both sides of her navel, which is pierced by a medium-sized gold navel ring, is a tattoo of a dagger piercing a rose. Sticking out of the back of the black leather daisy dukes she wears over her perfectly rounded buttocks is a sleek, graceful, and sinuous tapering tail three feet in length. The gladiator heels she wears over her long, sexy legs possess an open-toe design.
