Powers they have in dream world: Summoner/Magic Contracts
In the Dream World, Tengu has the ability to form Contracts with it's residents. In order to form a Contract, both parties involved must mutually consent to it. (Could be Monster Girls, Humans, Creatures, whatever)
-How do these Contracts work? One could view them as someone accepting Tengu as their Master, but he likes to keep his relationships on more equal terms.
-What does Tengu gain from this?
As the Master, Tengu gains the right to borrow a skill/ability from those he has forged contracts with. This could be a Tiger's claws, a fox's honed sense of hearing, a Dragon's ability to breathe fire, etc.
Note that he can only borrow one skill/ability at a time to start, and the longer he uses them, or the more powerful they are, more of his energy will be depleted. He can switch between them though.
For a larger amount of mana, Tengu may also summon those he has formed Contracts with to fight in his place or beside him.
-What do those Contracted with him stand to gain?
Those who wish to form a Contract with him have a choice. 
1) When forming a contract, Tengu can send the other person into a separate 'Dreamscape', an alternate plane of existence created by his imagination. It is essentially an island, but he can create things within it with just a thought. He wants a house? There it is! A tree with all sorts of fruits? Say no more! Those contracted with him can live on this island and never worry about going hungry again. Does this sound Overpowered? If so, don't worry. He can't drag anyone inside unwillingly, and it's mainly meant as a space to Summon from.
Those he has formed a Contract with can also choose to Summon themselves at the cost of their own mana, rather than Tengu's. (Outside of combat, just for interactions, I don't plan to put too much focus on mana depletion)
2) A person can choose to not be sent to the Dreamscape, and instead remain by his side as a companion in the Dream World. (Note: This doesn't mean they have to stay by his side at all times. They're free to wander and separate) They keep most of their freedom this way, but don't gain the privilege of living in a place abundant with whatever they may wish for. Still, there are other benefits. Tengu can still borrow skills/abilities from them, but in turn, can also choose to bestow a skill onto them from anyone in his Dreamscape.
On top of that, Tengu and those he has formed a contract with (that choose option 2) can share energy/mana with one another. This works through touch, but is more effective through kissing, and most effective through sexual intercourse. As a little Extra, if they're feeling a little hungry, seems sexual fluids are quite filling when a Contract has been formed

Jinko specialize in hand-to-hand combat. Yujin's nails are sharp enough to cut wood if necessary, and her teeth are sharp to match. She has a good sense of smell and hearing, and has cat-like reflexes. She's fast too, even more so on her hands and feet if she decides to gallop.
However, Yujin does not have magic.

Powers they have in dream world:
Flo is Half-Dragon, Half-Mimic. 
Her draconic bloodline grants her heightened physical power, along with the ability to breathe fire. Flo is strong, but she can only fight for a short amount of time before running out of energy.
Her Mimic ability allows for her to steal the appearance of another person. In order to do so however, Flo needs to have a good sense for what their bodies are like, meaning she needs to feel them up rather thoroughly.
