  1. "It's...different. I figured it wouldn't be like the games I've played before, but it's surprising how much they've advanced games," Zero replied.
  2. Zero spent a bit playing the game, mostly walking around freely. There were times where he was stuck and had no idea what he was doing, but he kept playing anyway.
  3. "A cowboy game? You mean like the old West? I remember hearing something about that in school," Zero asked, but after a few moments, he stopped caring about whether or not he heard it in school. "Sure, I'll give it a try," Zero said.
  4. Zero tilted his head. "I've...never heard of such a game before in my life. Then again, after a certain time, I never really had much time for games," Zero said.
  5. "You mind showing me some of these newer ones?" Zero asked.
  6. As Zero took a seat next to Nadia, he tried to recall what kind of games he played in the past. "If I remember correctly, all I played were some old arcade space shooter and some other game where you used a gun to hit things, but I can't remember the name of it," Zero replied.
  7. Zero didn't respond for a moment, then finally shook his head. "Oh, um...right. Games. I almost forgot for a moment," Zero replied, mostly because his thoughts had drifted back to the fact that he knew Nadia wasn't wearing anything under the shirt he had given her. He went back to convincing himself in his head to not think about it and set her down.
  8. "N-no, it's fine..." Zero replied, blushing a bit, yet didn't let go of Nadia.
  9. Using his speed from the years of training and life and death combat situations, Zero ran forward and caught Nadia before she fell. He let out a sigh of relief, but didn't say anything to her.
  10. Zero blushed and took a deep breath. "Don't think too much about it," he said to himself multiple times before he stood up and followed Nadia.
  11. "You said earlier there was a place there are a bunch of games. How about we go there?" Zero said.
  12. Zero took a few moments to think it over until he came up with something. "So, on a date, it's all about spending time with the other person, right? It doesn't really matter where it takes place, right?" he asked.
  13. "Are you sure? You didn't really eat that much," Zero asked, blushing even more when Nadia cuddled against him.
  14. Zero blushed a bit and slowly looked away from Nadia. "It's totally fine. You need to eat too, you know," he replied.
  15. Zero laughed a bit, mostly to himself. "Well, you know, training takes a lot out of you and all," Zero replied. As much as he wanted to accept Nadia's offer, he thought it would be rude. "I-I'll pass," Zero simply replied.
  16. After cutting off a piece of his steak and taking a bite, the next several moments felt like a blur in Zero's mind. He ate the steak as if it was his first meal in a long time and before he knew it, his plate was clean.
  17. Zero watched as Nadia turned away, but chose not to pry any further into it. He had a fairly good idea just from how she responded. 'Something must've happened...' he thought to himself.
  18. "I see. From the sound of it, you must have some experience with this kind of thing. Have you been on a date before?" Zero said.
  19. "A date? But don't people normally dress up and do romantic stuff on dates?" Zero asked.
  20. "Some steak would be nice. Any meat would be pretty good right about now," Zero answered after taking a moment to think it over a bit.
  21. "It was nice meeting you, Red," Zero said, waving to Red and following Nadia out of the library. Once agan, however, he couldn't help but turn his attention to where he found that one book that involved erasing memories.
  22. "How about the restaurant? It would be nice to get something to eat," Zero said.
  23. Zero took a few moments to think it over and set down the comic. "How about we explore more of the place," Zero replied.
  24. As Zero read the comic book, he couldn't help but think about what Nadia said earlier about alternate realities. 'Stuff I couldn't imagine is real is another reality, huh? Maybe in another reality, I actually got to live a normal life...' he thought to himself.
  25. "Is that so?" Zero simply said, returning to his comic book when he thought he wouldn't really get much about how scientists thought.
