Well glad we caught it quickly at least. Just one post to consider. This was briefly mentioned in the ‘Settings Detail Topic’. In case you want to read/reread that, see if there was anything else that would change what you might write regarding Mitsuko.

Yeah. The public does not know everything they do, a lot of battles are in strange places or otherwise behind the scenes. But with battles sometimes happening in openly cities and stuff like that, they have been semi-public figures. Events like this though are the main interaction the average person has with them.

Got a whole bunch of characters at the convention Alexandrine Ryan/Rin (with Emi) Hikaru Jumi Alex (fan) Leaving it a little open where most of them are right now. See if anyone else joins in and with who, see who Mitsuko and Elie might end up with. Though Elie should probably at least see Rin and Emi sing. Back to the earlier question, nothing has to be rewritten about Mitsuko's intro. But looking back, at the question, I probably should have answered that slightly differently. The best way to look at it is it in the style of anime convention, but focused on the Magical Girls/Knights and celebrating them. Most of them are there openly. People knowing they are transformed. There are opportunities to interact with them in various ways. Just talking, watching them do various performances (like the singing mentioned, or staged things they can pretend to fight together), getting photographs taken with them, potentially eating with them, and the mentioned opportunity to be invited to private rooms with them. And of course the merchandise. Clothes, games, toys, movies, music. drawings (not all of them pure), a small museum dedicated to established teams. Some of this was explored in the last pages of Rebuilding. But me and Chiyako probably did not cover all the possibilities of what could happen there. As a brand new Magical Girl who has not met others, it makes sense for Mitsuko be there as a 'guest' rather than one of the stars of the event. Though another Magical Girl or Knight could probably sense her power, realize she is one of them.

Rin quickly realized she had to approach this sort of thing differently, now that she was in a girl's body. She and Emi may have been on stage, revealed themselves as true Magical Girls. That meant no one was going to do anything too stupid. But it did mean they had a lot of attention on them. More eyes than they would have otherwise. And she was not sure every touch and bump was accidental. She saw it on the stage, and was getting a little sense of it here. A number of the boys were interested in her. She did not know how she felt about that. She had a girl's body, but she was a boy. She had never looked at a boy like that, never been curious about anything gay. She just cross-dressed some...and wished for a girl's body. But only like this, only as a Magical Girl. She did not want to be a girl all the time. The fact she had lesbian sex and enjoyed it, wanted more, did not change anything. She did not know Alexandrine had suggested Emi to find some boys for both of them to share. She tried to protect Emi from some of it. Shuffling her away from the crowd as much as she could. "You okay with going right to the stage? It is still a little early. But maybe we can see a few others sing first." They could try other things too, but that seemed like the best option to start with. It would give them a little space too.

Zorn quietly followed Hellhound. He was large, muscular, but he could move quickly and quietly when he wished. Almost hopping to move faster, but still landing very quietly. Much like the hound, his senses were considerably stronger than a human's or many other animals, but it was possible at least some of hers were even stronger than his. There was a beauty in it, though he did not know how much that was because she was female, and how much was her technique. He watched her move, elegantly, quick. Efficiently killing. It was pleasing to watch. He considered her more valuable now. Looked forward to seeing how she might play later. How far she went with it. He waited until it was completely dead before he stepped out. Looked over the meal she had caught for them. "You caught the meal. You can eat first, whatever parts you enjoy most. However you enjoy it. I will join you shortly." He could eat it raw if she liked, share it like a pair of predators. But he was not be bothered if she wanted to prepare it anyway. He was curious to see how she generally chose to eat. He kept back a few steps, waiting to sit until see what she did first.

It was another night, Ryan had been invited to visit again, though it was not going to be a sleepover this time. It had been a more wholesome evening so far. Alexandrine to drive the two around town. Let Emi get a look around from the window. See if they could find anything fun to do that was safe for Emi. Ryan was sitting in the back. Still in boy form at the moment. This time not wearing his work uniform either. Just an ordinary t-shirt and jeans. Fortunately no questions or comments came up so far on the question of whether he was really a boy or girl. In the middle of the drive, Alexandrine realized something was wrong. It was in the air an old feeling she had not felt in some time. She should not have felt. A demonic presence. Not like Emi’s. Something was fighting it? But no one else should have been inside her territory, other than Hikaru. It was not him. Someone who had just had their power awaken? ”…Sorry, Emi, Ryan…looks like the fun is ending early tonight…are you two ready to become Magical Girls for real?” She took a turn. Began driving as quick as she could, without drastic speeding, towards the energy she was sensing. Whatever was fighting the demon was losing. ”What do you mean?” Ryan asked from the back. “There’s a demon in the area. Not holding back like Emi, someone, maybe multiple people are in danger.” This was not going to be meeting a new friend this time. A fight was unavoidable, unless the demon left before they got there, or being outnumbered intimidated it into fleeing.

Yeah, I guess I would say something like that. Though I have never been to something like that, only has an indirect idea of what it is like. But some of the fans are dressed up and there is plenty of merchandise for sale for the more established girls and knights. For Elie and Balthier, for the wanderers, was the idea to have Alexandrine, Emi and Rin just jump in immediately, or should they be on their way to save Elie?

After Hikaru’s speech ended, the crowd dispersed. It was time for the main event. Time for the Magical Girls to go out and mingle. Jumi walked up to Alexandrine. “I talked your other new friend out of leaving. Going to make her part of your new team too?” Alexandrine shrugged. “I would not rule it out, but we will see. I’m just glad she is willing to stay. Hopefully finds some peace.” She turned to Emi and Rin. “You two should go do your thing. Sing, meet the fans, look for other things to do. I will probably be with you some of the time. But we will be doing our thing too.” ”New girls should make an impression without their mentors around.” Jumi agreed, with a nod. “Don’t get worked or overwhelmed. Just go out, have fun.” Hikaru had already wandered off into the crowd, along with the rest of Jumi’s team. Rin nodded and made her way back into the grounds, this time surrounded by fans, some of them looking at the two of them, or taking pictures. It was a still before their scheduled time, but Rin slowly led her towards the the stage they would sing. Alexandrine and Jumi made their way into the crowd, quickly splitting off on their own. Neither having a specific destination or goal. Just about anything could happen. Random talking, eating together, being watched at one of the various performances the girls or Knights could give. And at a time, the Girls or Knights could invite on or more fans to the private rooms, where any number of things could happen. Innocent or not.

I think it’s about time to make a separate thread for the proper convention. Anyone who has a character there (whether they have written yet or not, again, feel free to play random fans too, if you want) can join in. Though there will be multiple sub-stories going on there at the same time. Don’t have to follow a strict posting order with regard to anyone your character(s) isn’t involved with. I will post the link when it’s done.

In the private RP the plan is for her to be a demon. But I originally found the picture a while back on an ad on another site for a ‘break the magical girl’ RP. This time I am leaning towards the Broken Girl, but she could end up a demon instead.

Jumi sighed softly, in pity. So that was it? “You are still new, aren’t you? Without a team? You aren’t a burden to us. This is why we fight. It’s dangerous. Sometimes the enemy is stronger than us, or overcomes us due to an unexpected power, or with numbers. You will gain experience, strength. Eventually you will be the one to save someone.” Now she had to deal with the bigger issue. This girl had been raped, by a demon. “Unfortunately that is a danger for all of us. Our enemies have learned long ago how badly they can hurt us like that. Also the freaks just do it because it feels good. You are hardly the first one of us to experience something like that. A similarity I’m sure the Diamond Sorceress has told you she has experienced as well. It is something you always need to be on guard for while fighting.” Well, she did not know if Alexandrine ‘liked’ it. ”Don’t feel ashamed that you ‘liked’ it. The demon was trying to get in your head. ‘Break’ you, make you join them, or quit fighting. Don’t give in to the manipulation, and it doesn’t matter what you felt in that moment.” “You can try to find some company here. With the fans, if you think it will make you feel better. Yeah, the rumors about those back door meeting are sometimes true. We do sometimes screw them, men or women. But no one will blame you, if it is too hard for you after what you just went through. You should spend some time with the crowd. Stick around one of us, me, the Diamond Sorceress, or one of the new girls she found. Or someone else. A Knight, if it will make you feel better. She had a small smile. “A Knight will make you forget whatever that demon did. Sex between a Magical Girl and a Knight. Our bodies react to each other in a way much more intense than you can imagine. It is possible too, with two Magical Girls, but not as automatic.” Rin let go of Emi and stepped back. She looked to the stage. Now Hikaru was up there, speaking about the never ending fight, how his family would always be there. The ancient duty of Magical Girls and Knights would never end. It was a little cliche, but there was a power and pride in his voice and words, that Rin felt strangely impressed by it. Alexandrine had not seen the earlier interactions. But she had wonder, considering herself a girl, and with the new body, if Rin felt a little bit of a crush on Hikaru. She whispered to Emi. “Don’t be scared, this could be your chance to find a few boys comfortable with you. I do think Rin is curious to feel what it is like with a boy as a girl. Just take your time, singing and seeing the fans, if there are any you are interested in. But you don’t have to do it of course.” She thought it honestly would help Emi’s self esteem, finding others attracted to her. Fans who would look up to her. The benefit of getting Rin into it. Doing it together, as a pair of girls might interest Emi too.

I recently posted a picture for “Mystery Character” in the images. Copied below. As I mentioned there, I was wrestling with a number of options for her. Decided to a poll for fun for what she is. The results may or may not influence the decision. The Alexandrine team member option is only likely if no one decides to play that (had offered it earlier in the OOC thread).

Right now the human are more or less all gathering at the convention. Though don’t know if he would be the sort to go there. He would be there as a ‘fan’/guest, since he does not know where he is yet. He could also somehow find Jumi after the demons/monsters had already had a lot of fun with her.

Jumi followed and grabbed Elie’s hand, gently but firmly. “Relax. We’re all on the same side here.” She could tell there was something bothering Elie. She had a few guesses to what it could be, but it could also just be something from her civilian side. “She was right, I think spending some time here would be good for you. I won’t force you to talk about whatever happened, but there are people here you can trust.” ”I don’t know if you heard what she was saying in that speech just now. But the Diamond Sorceress has gone through a lot. She spent the last few years barely living, locked away in her apartment, when she was not working. Empty inside. It looks she has finally found something though, and is here for healing as much as anything.” She hoped something here would reach out to Elie, make her feel slightly better. Hopefully she would find some fun here, recover at least a little. Alexandrine watched Elie run off and Jumi follow her. Hopefully that turned out well. The poor girl was clearly still traumatized over what that demon did to her. For now she would let Jumi try to fix it, but she might try to talk to her again later. She nodded to Emi. “Happy. A lot of people can find shyness like that in a girl like you cute. They want to see more of you…Rin did invite them all to hear you two sing.” Knowing she might get scared over that, Rin quickly hugged Emi. “You can do it, Emi! I’ll be with you. I won’t leave you alone for a second here.” Emi would never be alone with a stranger or fan. Her friend and now teammate would be there. “I’ll do most of the talking for us, if it helps.” At least at first, she guessed Emi would be scared to say much, thought maybe she would warm up as it went on.

Pretty open on that. While some FxF mixed in could be fun, looking for some MxF to be involved as well. It could be more than one, whether they are played by more than one person or not. Aggressive, rough, but perhaps try to make her like it. Though I’m not picky on what form they take.

That woman had become a magnet for new Magical Girls, hadn't she? "Diamond Sorceress." Jumi gently corrected her. "Back here there are no secrets in that area. But it won't be long before you are out in the crowd. Careful not to use real names." It was important to get that in the woman's head now. Something she had to practice. She glanced out to the stage, Alexandrine had done better than she hoped. The one new girl did well too, the bunny girl seemed to be overwhelmed. But that was not a big deal. She had left a good impression even with her shyness. "Mixing the two lives?" She shrugged. "I get it somewhat, I suppose. Though I've been doing this I was a little kid. This side has always been the bigger half of my life." Sure there were things like school, but she had less of a personal life than many here. "Things like this are kind of like holidays for me." It was one of the rare times she could really relax, have some fun. Both with the other Magical Girls/Knights and the fans. Seeing Emi was more or less frozen, probably not really processing anything Rin said, Alexandrine decided that was enough for her new team. She bowed slightly. "Thank you all again. We hope to see you all at the various events here." She guided Emi back to the relative safety of the back stage area. After a wave, Rin started following them. There were still others who had to make speeches, they would have time to rest a little before going back to the crowd. She glanced at Elie, talking to Jumi. She was glad the woman made it, but for now she did not interrupt her talk with Jumi. Elie could see them after they were done, if she wanted. For now she tried to calm Emi. "You did a good job, see how happy they were to see you?"

I'll reply after Elie, sticking to that order for the moment. We'll see how long the strict order lasts. Once we get into the actual convention, will see where all the characters end up and how the posting works out. They probably wont all remain in one big group. There is probably somewhere Mitsuko could fit in there, but will see how it plays out. And with Zorn and Hellhound, will see if Exzelcryth hangs around with them after they meet.

No big deal. The idea behind this club was a lot of stories happening in the same setting but could otherwise be independent of each other. Right now the convention and working things around that is the main complication. After we are past that, we will see how much various stories connect. Stories are happening at different times. Zorn/Hellhound and Wanderers are technically a flashback, of sorts, but only a day or two before the convention. Hunter is later, but it remains to be seen if it really matters (depends on if it goes beyond the sex and in what ways). The hunter was more referring to the situation. Jumi is hunting for threats, but she is sort of being hunted as well. Her hunters could be any number of things though.

The time skip is middle of page 9, if you just want to read about some of the stuff at the convention grounds. Everything before that is Alexandrine, Emi and Ryan/Rin meeting and bonding.
