I probably should have made a separate topic for that, like Chiyako suggested. My fault there. There was a time skip in ‘Rebuilding from Scratch.’ They have wandering a bit in the convention grounds, before the fans were let in and now various girls are introducing themselves, giving speeches to the audience. After that is when it really begins. I probably will make a new topic for it once, the speeches are over and everyone goes out into the crowd, doing various things. You could join in where they are now, if you want, or wait for the separate thread. The part of the speeches and introductions is really just the last page of it. Up to you how much you want to read of it. Hellhound/Zorn and Wanders in the middle of that time jump in Rebuilding.

While the tree of them were up making their introductions, Jumi saw Elie make her appearance and walked over, with a friendly smile. “Another new girl? Getting a number of them today. Well, you may already know who I am, but in case you don’t, Rose Fairy. Welcome to the world of Magical Girls. Here by yourself, or are you a new member of a team?” She was unbothered by the amount of skin showing on the other woman. It was not that rare for a Magical Girl. Back on the stage, it was about as good of an introduction as could be expected for Emi. It did not bother the audience. They cheered for her. Of course a number of eyes were on her, especially from the boys. A few isolated ‘pick me’s could be heard among the cheering. Which quieted down as Rin stepped up. “Hello, I’m Rin Nyoko. I have grown up admiring Magical Girls. Dreaming that this day might come. I was lucky to meet the Diamond Sorceress, the same night she found my friend, Luna. She saw the power within me, helped me to bring it out. I’m looking forward to having a lot of fun with you all. Come see me and Luna sing later!” She had been nervous, but she managed to well, there was a lot more cheering.

I explained the idea behind that one in the story request thread. Just a chance for anyone to give Jumi some ‘fun’ with demons/monsters/etc. It is set a little later than the others. After the convention. It might just be a short sex scene, or could lead to something more. Anyone was welcome to join, playing and sort of monster, with profiles or basic nameless ones. Hellhound could be there, but she probably wouldn’t be the only one.

There was also the woman they had recently saved from the demons. A troublesome thing. Proof a new team was needed. It was unclear if that demon was a lone agent or part of something greater. The other they ran into did not seem connected to the first one. They had to look into that more. But it should be safe to have this break. That woman, Elie was likely to be here, but Alexandrine did not see her yet. Hopefully she had recovered from what that woman did. Alexandrine knew how painful and confusing it could be to be violated by a demon. She had invited to visit her apartment, if she ever wanted to talk about it. Jumi’s team came back from their speech. “…It’s our turn now. I will start. But you two should introduce yourselves too.” Alexandrine led the two girls to the stage, some initial cheering, mixed with confusion. Who were the new girls? Where was the rest of the team? As the noise quieted, Alexandrine cleared her throat. “Thank you, it has been a while, hasn’t it? I have some sad news to tell you all…a few years ago, my team went to fight a demon lord in his home. A final battle. We won…but the others did not make it out…” ”I have spent the last few years mourning them. Wondering if I would fight again. But I have realized, it is not time for me to retire yet.” The crowd was silent, in shock about the news. A few could be seen crying. ”This is a day for celebration. Thank you for sympathy, for those of you who hoped to meet them. I am here to celebrate too. I am putting together a new team. These two are the beginning, a few more may join later.” She glanced at Emi, checking if she was prepared to introduce herself, or if Rin should first.

Going to see about joining in on the other side of the fun. Write up a post-convention topic. Jumi on the hunt, getting in trouble. Let a demon/monster or two have some fun with her. Anyone who wants can play them. Could just be a short scene, or lead to something longer. The attackers could random nameless characters, or ones that get profiles.

I had thought about that. It is technically still possible. The main event of the convention, after all the introductions are over, could be the start of another thread. You could do that. She might end up involved with helping Emi and Ryan/Rin become fellow professional singers after the convention is over.

I was thinking first the girls would become aware of Elie in trouble. Go to help her, then eventually either something would happen to bring the rest of them to the forest, or the two of them over. Hellhound should still see them, maybe get some play. But Zorn might try to keep out of sight. It could be a separate thread, like the fans. Depends on what they do. If they are interacting with our characters, then they can join that thread. But if they are doing their own thing, they could have separate threads.

Alexandrine squeezed Emi’s shoulder, as the teams switched. Now Jumi’s team went up. Much of the same. “Just look when it is our turn. No pressure. It is just the one time you can see everybody.” They had all day. A few days really, to make that choice. They could choose several batches. They could also choose someone later, from the smaller interactions over the various events they did together. Rin tried to encourage her too. ”Don’t worry Emi. We’re doing everything here as a pair. Will pick them together. Spend time with them together. I’m sure it will be fun.” She had hoped to be one of the fans picked. Understood how special it was. She wanted to return the favor, give a few people who would not have been chosen otherwise a chance.

Yeah, that was why I did not go with the confrontation being after the convention. Wanted to give any of you a chance to participate if you wanted. The trick is just to avoid anything happening that would need another thread to be rewritten. Though maybe the girls won’t see Zorn at the confrontation. That would be something lingering in Alexandrine and Emi’s minds.

It was a slow wait, the crowd noises gradually growing. Eventually the curtains opened. A loud cheer as the announcer spoke, marking the official opening of the event. Going over the usual introductions. Wishing luck to anyone who might be chosen for private meetings and then inviting the first team out, who walked towards the crowd waving. Greeting them, giving some updates on what they had been up to. Alexandrine quietly watched the other team. One she was aware of but never really interacted with. “Look over the crowd there when it is our turn. See if anyone stands out. You don’t have to have a private meeting with anyone. But feel free to invite anyone who you want too, if they seem interesting, friendly whatever, boys or girls.” The meeting did not have to be sexual of course, but if Emi and Rin wanted it to be, they were encouraged to do. The important thing was just to have a special moment the chosen fans would not forget.

As you have experienced before, I often get pretty focused on one thread when enjoying it. Whenever AirAllie’s back, if she joins in, it may lead to another thread with similar activity.

Before they had a chance to leave. One of the demons ran up to Zorn, whispered something in his ear. Another demon, unconnected to him. Doing something in that human city. It was both interesting and troublesome. Only troublesome because he did not know if it was connected to a larger demon faction, that could rival his. And it might draw the attention of his enemies too soon. Would the Sorceress get involved? It was something worth looking into, but they did not have to rush there. This hunt could be dealt with first. ”Maybe you will have a chance to play after eating. We will see.” He left it at that for now. He concentrated. Some demons were much better at this sort of thing than him. But he could teleport in short distances, to places he knew well. If he had time to focus, not be distracted. A circle appeared on the ground, including where Hellhound was. He also had limited ability to take others with him. But he could handle one, with relative ease. The circle grew brighter, then there was a flash. When it was over they were deep in the forest. Dark. No humans in the area. He looked to Hellhound. “Smell anything interesting around us?”

I just caught up on reading it. The actions of another demon may draw Zorn’s attention. They may get there, probably through some sort of magic, after the hunting is over. You two can have them keeping having a little more fun if you want. Let us know when you want others to start getting involved. Start with probably Alexandrine/Emi/Ryan. Maybe it happens during the time skip in my and Chiyako’s thread. After the three of them are together, but before the convention. Portals may be involved too, that either somehow get Zorn/Hellhound to them or the get the others to the forest where the two of them are about to be.

Their suggestion was other characters joining in the ‘The Wanderers’ thread, helping Elie, Zorn and Hellhound also suggested possibly watching, meeting/seeing various characters. I still have more to read, just finished the first page. But I’m not against them somehow showing up, if it makes sense.

Will try to get that read in a bit. Though when it comes to the idea of possibly mixing Zorn and Hellhound in, don’t think @Warninghas read this idea yet.

Neither Alexandrine or Jumi commented on the little plush Alexandrine in Emi’s hands. Alexandrine found it a little cute. “I hope you two had a good time wandering around, decided some of things you will do with the fans.” She looked towards the curtain, with the stage beyond. “Once everything is ready, they call us out one team at a time. We give a little speech. New ones, like you two, introduce yourselves. You don’t have to say much.” Jumi looked uneasily to Alexandrine. “Are you ready for this?” Alexandrine nodded. “I’ve put this off too long. They deserve to know.” She took a few deep breaths, kept a calm face. She made a promise to her old leader, dying in her arms. She would live on. She would not cry for them. She had shed a single tear since that day. She intended to keep that promise. She would tell the public why none of them went on the stage with her. Why she was coming with a pair of new girls. Jumi sighed softly. “Alright, just don’t push yourself too hard.” She put a hand on Alexandrine’s shoulder, then walked over to her team. Sounds of a crowd gathering could be heard. “We still have a little time to get ready. The audience is still gathering. We won’t be the first team out either.”

The two of them found their way back to a back stage area, behind the main stage, where they would all soon be introduced to the crowd. The others were gradually finding their way back there. Rin led Emi to Alexandrine, currently talking to another girl. Another familiar face to Rin, the Rose Fairy. Alexandrine looked and waived them over. “This is her, why I’m here today. The source of the stories you called me to investigate.” The gestured to Emi. “The other is one we found completely by chance.” Jumi turned and offered her hand to Emi. “The Rose Fairy, Jumi Kuromori. Member of a team in one of the neighboring territories. Alexandrine has told me a little about both of you. Thanks, for giving her motivation. She already looks much better than she did even a few days ago.” Alexandrine was still far from her old self. But she had improved a lot, and Jumi was grateful to the new girl for helping there, intended to invite both of them into the new world they had started to explore.

Rin was sure there was less…wholesome material available. But that you had to ask specifically about it. Sometimes drawings, or animations. A few of the girls allowed nude pictures of themselves. Outright pornography, involving the actual girls did not exist…probably. It was not the sort of thing that would be officially made, but perhaps there was a little bit hidden in the darker corners of the internet. Drawings of Emi, herself, like that. It came with the territory. She had seen them for other girls. Tried not to overthink it. She did think the food would probably simple. “Should we look for Alexandrine? Get ready for the crowd?” Maybe it was time. Mentally prepare themselves. Next time they were out here, it would be with the crowd. Interacting with a number of fans…eventually choosing a few to take back. See what happened.

Rin assumed it was only if they tried to get more serious about singing, or started producing some of that merchandise that they might get anything like a manager. Of course they did their most important work on their own, behind the scenes. Most of this they would probably either be on their own or with a little help from Alexandrine. At this point most of the material was set up. It was just waiting for the official opening time. Rin led Emi through the various stands and exhibits, looking for anything else that might be interesting. She tried to ignore the strange feeling she got, looking at Hikaru, not wanting to admit what it might have been, what it might have meant. They passed a few other things mixing public and private aspects, including a small cafeteria where a fan or two might be able to have a lunch with them. "Think we should try some of this stuff as a pair? This the private meetings, pictures with fans?" It was for the happiness of the fans. Some this were almost on the level of one time dates. The idea also being to let the Magical Girls and Knights have some fun, without breaking their cover. A little break in the fighting to have some happy interactions, optionally pleasure. Rin wondered how far she and Emi were going to go here, with who. It was good for Emi, showing her more people could accept her. By the time this was over, she could see the public looking at them like a pair. Part of a larger team, but rarely apart. There was some truth to that, maybe it would be fun to reinforce that image. Though she did not know where it might lead them.

Perhaps they would do something. It was hard to say. Hikaru thought the two girls should do fan meetings on their own. Be more interesting that way. They probably had much to learn, especially if he had guessed right about the true nature of Emi's friend. The two of them were likely to shine a bit and get extra attention as new girls. Shine more without someone like him around. "Maybe we will, but if you two want to see or do anything else, before the crowd comes in, you should move quick. You don't have a lot of time left." Rin nodded in response. "It was an honor to meet you. I hope to meet you again." She glanced to Emi, seeing if she wanted to say anything else before last minute exploring. Though she was not sure what else they might find.

Hikaru did not have a wife currently. It was not something she did especially often, but there was no harm in spending a little time with some of the girl fans, especially to confirm if they had the power. This girl with Emi, was her power discovered in a similar fashion? If so, he guessed what might have happened. What Rin was. “I am here, because it is best the people see I am still active, out there to protect them. I won’t be involved in many activities though. A few private meetings. Telling stories here. Maybe a few other things.” He did a personal even, give some fans some basic sword training/practice. He was not going to be active as the pair of girls though. He studied Rin a little more. Maybe those private meetings would be good for her. “You two are young. You should experience some of it all while you are here.” Then a glance to Emi. “This is a good place for you to establish yourself. Become a real hero. Learn there is no shame in your blood.” She could hopefully gain some confidence. A step to a happier life. Her non-human biology was a complication, but he felt she could find a way to find a healthy life even with that.

Rin silently watched, but recognized the figure. The Knight known as the Sword of Maxim. Supposedly from a long line of Knights. In person, she found herself strangely impressed by him. He looked so strong, powerful. Apparently Alexandrine had introduced Emi to him already, though she could only guess the details. She let the two of them do the talking for now. Hikaru of course still hoped Emi would agree to be his bride, but he would not bring that up here, unless she did first. He looked over her ‘true’ form, but did not stare. He glanced at the other girl too, he could see the bond between them. That was good, team members should be close like that. He was amused, a little impressed by her offer. He had a small smile as he replied. ”Now you are trying to recruit already?” There was a reason he was not already on Alexandrine’s team, despite being in her territory. “I may work with you from time to time. But traditionally my family has been my families team.” He was semi-solitary, would sometimes help others, sometimes fight on his own. Would these two girls do what Emi had hesitated to do with him? He was not bothered by Emi’s earlier rejection, but was a little curious. He would probably have a few girls before the convention was over. But if they found another girl, maybe Emi understood. “This is an ideal place to find more members though. Pay attention to the fans around you. If you feel the potential in them, there are ways to verify. Though it would be easier to test boys for the two of you.”

She would someday get a chance for Rin at least. A Ryan version would have to be handmade though, or custom made at least. She did not intend to let the public know her secret identity was a boy. As for the room, well, he could at least sneak her in some time her parents were not home. She did not have completely pure intentions. But she figured there would be no harm mixing a little sex in with more innocent stuff. She led Emi around more of the area. There was a mini-museum as well, giving a bit of information about all the established teams. A little about who they were, but not the civilian life, except for the few who did not bother to hide their identities. Hikaru was here, looking over them. Transformed, in all his glory as a Knight. He looked over the two girls, one familiar, one not. There was no doubt who the bunny girl was of course. “You have come to experience all of this?” He glanced to Rin, then to a picture of Alexandrine and her old team. It was a few years old. Alexandrine was standing off to the side, but with a smile on her face, before the pain. “The Diamond Sorceress is putting a new team together? I wish you all success and happiness.”
