"Oh I plan to. I'd just wish to have someone there that could possibly verify whether or not the bartender is telling the truth or perhaps covering up for a friend." Luther waves a hand in the air. "I am likely being needlessly paranoid and overcomplicating it.... but," he searches for the words to put it tactfully. "certainty can be quite valuable if this does turn out to be a dead end." Luther stands up with a sigh. "Well then time to stop beating around the bush, are you available to accompany me?" He holds out a hand for Bella, in a polite fashion, to help her rise.

Luther nods. "The details are unfortunately quite sparse, the footage available was of a.. substandard quality. They have horns and claws however." Luther steeples his hands on the table "That is at least of some help but it doesn't narroe our search down all that much." Luther sighs and lays his hands flat on the table he is loathe to involve a student in something even potentially dangerous but cannot deny how useful Bella's abilities will be. "Will you be free to assist me after class, and please don't prioritize this over your studies I have managed just fine on my own."

Alright guys I'm back too gonna try to be more active from now on.

With a small smile, Luther listens to her with the same respect she has given him. Bella had always been an attentive, intelligent, and respectful student. "Well, I have found a wallet though there's no I.D. in it. But there was a coupon for The Golden Stream. Perhaps with your talents you'll be able to sense when someone recognizes it? We could also speak to one of the angels in town as I know one is involved in the investigation." He grimaces slightly, "For obvious reasons I would like to save that until we've exhausted other options."

Luther bows his head in reply to Bella's curtsey. "Thank you for responding to my message so swiftly. I do believe your intellect could be of great use as well as your ability to sense the auras of others." Luther clasps his hands together and frowns slightly thinking of the matter at hand. "So the matter at hand while it may sound mundane but it is important. Someone has been stealing the money from vending machines, presumably a monster. It has not gone unnoticed by the mortal authorities which is a problem. Humans are still getting used to monsterkind, and it's imperative that we make a good impression and maintain a positive image. Humans tend to destroy things they see as dangerous. Take wolves in europe as an example, humans nearly wiped them out. Only laws protecting them have brought them to a stable population. So it would be best for us to find out who has been on this vending machine robbing spree and resolve it quietly."

Luther drafts a brief message to be sent to @JennyDK Bella. Countess von Liebhertz, Though I'm loathe to ask a student for help in an off campus matter, i trust you a great deal. You mat rest assured it is of great importance and I believe your unique abilities could help greatly. Please come to tge teachers office at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Luther von Braun

So @Icarian Dreams flyimg cars exist already. They have exendable wings and propellors though. There are sooo many reasons they aren't in wide spread use. First any mechanical problem or minor collison will result in you crashing into the ground (most people have houses on the ground)So how irresponsible are people on the road? Now imagine that, but above you house. Second getting a flying license is much harder and it would be harder to regulate and police flying lanes.

"Yeah that's true... And it's fine I'll handle it. Just next time convince Malikah to go to the showers first." He sees Edward get his phone out and he gets closer pulling out his phone. It's a real brick of a Nokia since smartphones and stone fingers don't go so well together. They exchange numbers and he heads off to get a mop and bucket and begins cleaning.

"Okay cool. I guess I should give you my number so you can call when you work out. Unless you are going to work out now in which case I'll mop and then spot ya." As Edward puts on the clothes he thinks serious thoughts and avoids laughing at how scrawny his clothes make Edward look. "Yeah sorry about that those are the best I could do, but hey with the right diet and exercise you could seriously bulk up and they might fit... uh but that'll take time so it isn't really relevant.. um sorry." Ramick waits for a reply before he'll leave to get the mop and bucket.

Ramick set the towel and clothes down on a nearby bench. "500 not bad at all! If you'll be here a lot I can spot you and give you tips if you'd like I'm one of the best here at most athletics... well ones that revolve around strength and endurance. I'm not a sprinter and you wouldn't want to meet a worse swimmer." Ramick laughs happily at himself. He shakes his head at the mention of Malikah the main source of his completion here at the school he liked her well enough and it was good that she pushed him to get better through bot of their competitiveness, but she really could be one hell of a horndog. "Well you were dripping the whole way here though... I'll get a mop you don't have to worry about it. And I'm just stubborn I wanted to help and now I'm going to and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it." Ramick smiles.

Ramick nodded. "Ok Edward hold on let me get the clothes and I guess a towel too." Ramick quickly trots back to his locker gathering the clothes and a towel for Edward. Edward seemed to have calmed down which was good. He still seemed a bit grumbly though. Ramick got back and held up the clothes and towel "Were should I put these? Oh I almost forgot! How much can you bench, Edward? Oh and did you clean the mess up in the gym or does that still need to be done?"

Ramick furrowed his brow as this person seemed to view his offer with suspicion. Then the guy apologized and said it was force of habit. Woah lot to unpack with that statement. Ramick decided being cheery would likely help. He spoke with a voice like gravel. "Ha no hard feelings but that's a habit you'll want to unlearn! If you had kicked my ass you might have broken a foot. Nice to meet you, I'm Ramick a third year here. What's your name?" He also wanted to ask who he had done stuff with... but that was a little too personal. Best to wait until he was more friendly.

Ramick quirked an eyebrow at the strangers statement. He had no intention of fighting this guy it wouldn't even be fair or interesting Ramick was made of rock for pity's sake. Well maybe he just doesn't like being seen in the shower... which is fair. Shit I din't mean to be rude. Ramick clears his throat and speaks louder so he can be heard over the shower. "Do you have an extra change of clothes? If not you can borrow mine! They have holes for my wings and might be loose but I figured they'd be better than walking around in lewdly stained clothes."

Ramick was getting ready to work out he had changed into loose breathable athletic clothing and was getting ready to leave the locker room when he saw someone he didn't recognize enter and begin heading for the showers. It looked like they had one hell of a work out they were dripping with swe- that wasn't sweat. Oh wow they were absolutely covered in it too. Ramick looked back at his regular clothes they would probably loose and the holes on the back of his shirts for his wings would be useless but they would be better than nothing. He went to the shower area. "Hey dude, do you need an extra pair of clothes?"

@KinkyAF I think you could continue the athletic area scene with my gargoyle student (Ramick) seeing Edward head to the shower through the locker room covered in well... and he offers him some extra clothes he has, could be a cool interaction if you are interested. Then he could go talk to Malikah and work out alongside her if you'd like that @JennyDK

I mean the two shortstacks are great. I also really like the roman legionare looking tiefling and the battle nun too. Take your pick!

I figured it would be public abd that is fine. It's been a long time and I'm more comfortable playing multiple characters and last time they weren't actually characters which made it harder to get into. As far as big and burly how's a half dragon?

I absolutely love this idea! So I guess I make like 4 other adventurers for your character to join the group of? The current ideas I have in mind are a drow monk/rogue, a changeling warlock, a goliath (a motley of classes built around grappling), I don't have a fourth but I think it would be best for it to be your suggestion so you get something you like specifically!

Unfortunately I don't have any big ideas at the moment but we can talk more later @JennyDK after I get home from work and you are online.

As Luther notices the wallet he walks over and picks it up checking inside it. Unfortunately there's no ID so returning it to it's owner and questioning them will be difficult. Though the wallet could just be a dead end, it could lead to the culprit as well. He decides to head to this Golden Stream place whatever it is. I just hope it isn't some sort of den of iniquity and someone was merely thoughtless with the name. Focus. The wallet would it have been left behind by the culprit, possibly and in any case it's unlikely they would have left it, if it was dropped prior to breaking into the vending machine. Luther looks around to see if there are any security cameras around this vending machine. Regardless if there are or not he'll head to the Golden Stream. He'll return here during business hours if there are cameras however to perhaps get a better look at who dropped the wallet.
