  1. I actually wanted to do that very short scene of Hiro and Yoko meeting again in the evening, catching up on what they've been doing and then going to meet with the headmaster or something to make that club they wanted to make. Who's busy for you?
  2. I'm glad! I'm thinking of just placing him somewhere, to be honest. And if someone wants to react, they can react. If not, that's fine with me also. :3
  3. I thought we already talked about it though and you allowed me to make one? Guess my bad, then.
  4. I was finally able to create a Staff character that everyone can mock, if they dared!
  5. Name: Drexel Kano Position: Janitor Age: 31 Race: Bovine Sex: Male A large black bull walking on two legs, wielding a broom and a bucket. Not exactly a fitting job for him, but it works. Recently, he was a student here in Ironclaw Academy. Upon finishing his three and some extra years as a student, he decided to become a better person. He is known for cleaning pretty much anywhere in the academy, and ignoring those who think ill of him. Unless they get really annoying. In that case, those that were annoying should start running. Powers: 1) Great Strength 2) Great Endurance 3) Bull Rush
  6. That would certainly be a sight to see
  7. Not a problem. I wasn't very active here either because I've been burnt as well, but after waiting a little while I got my motivation back. And I figured if I make more characters, I can have more fun.
  8. Yeah, true that!
  9. I will take a look! It is quite possible to have very fun scenes with you! I'm also thinking of making more characters, to be honest. And if nobody took the Janitor role, I can still think about that character too.
  10. I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I'm also hoping this club gets more activity today, since it's the weekend and all. In case anybody wants to have a nice and friendly scene with me, all of my characters are free except Salvatore! ^^
  11. This guy is the definition of "don't judge a book by its cover."
  12. Salvatore stares at Ivy as she responds, closing his eyes for a moment and nod once, reopening them to look straight into hers once more, not breaking contact at all. "It is entirely up to you, darling. But know, that whenever you need something, you can talk to me about it. Be it anything." Spreading his arms for a moment as he forms a big, proud smile, being unbelievably generous to someone he has only ever spoken to a few times in the past. "Every worker in this very mall shall be under my protection, if they ever need it. Which includes you too, darling." He retracts his arms and returns to leaning against the counter with just one arm, but this time with his other arm as he faces some of the sweets & candy that were showcased and are easy to reach out for, on the counter. Using his other hand, he reaches up to grab a lollipop. After that, he reaches into one of his pockets to grab out some change, the exact amount needed to pay for something so small as this lollipop. He places the coins down on the counter for Ivy. He lets out a troubled sigh, as he finally looks away at a random direction, having an apologetic look on his face. "I may not be some kind of hero, and I am truly sorry if I seemed pushy earlier with my unbelievable offer. I just don't want anyone to feel unsafe in this city, especially not someone as petite and precious as you, darling..." He pockets the lollipop afterwards, unintentionally using such swaying words on Ivy with his gentle tone.
  13. Salvatore wasn't necessarily hitting on her with that last part, but he did acknowledge her as a petite, young woman, given her looks and everything. Even so, he was always kind to her. Known to be rich and always hitting on women, there are certain people in Salvatore's life that he doesn't openly hit on, even if he maybe secretly liked their looks. Recently, he tried to calm himself whenever it came to interacting that way to women, despite being successful 90% of the times. Listening to her story and with no interruption, he stopped leaning against the counter and had a rather serious look on his face, but not a face to be afraid of. Instead, it was the face of someone who cared deeply about those around them. His gaze was also still concerned while looking at Ivy. He closes his eyes after she stopped and sighed. "I'm aware of who it is. At least, I think I'm aware. Despite her monstrous nature, there's not enough evidence to ever catch her. Her powers even mess with the surveillance cameras." He looks up at the supposed cameras that would've recorded the entire event in the store. He raised a hand as he continued to look down at Ivy, his serious expression turning into one of true concern. Yet, he smiled. Even during a time like this, he still put on a real, warm smile so that Ivy could feel at ease. The hand he raised, he reached out with it to the smaller girl in front of him to place it on her head, giving her a gentle, reassuring pat. His touch was so gentle, and warm, even if the physical contact was about two seconds. He acknowledged her fear and responded accordingly. "She's not going to be under your bed, I can assure you of that... She's got a big mouth, but unless she follows you, which she won't, she doesn't know where you live in the first place." He tilted his head slightly again, now having a less concerned look and more of a simply smiling expression, looking at the poor girl who had to face a criminal such as Jessica. He leans in again, this time using both of his arms as support, speaking in a whispering tone and his head being on more of her level this time. "I have connections with all kinds of organizations. Sadly these organizations can't act against her." It looks like what he was saying was quite serious. He continued, gazing deeply in her eyes. "The best advice I can tell you is stay away from any scarecrows. While walking home, if you see a random scarecrow in the bushes or even inside a random store showcase window, just get to the other side of the road, or make sure you're not walking alone. You can never be too sure, when it comes to her. I know it's too much to handle, but..." He formed a warm smile again, still keeping his head on her level. "...You are going to be fine, Ivy, darling. And... If you still think you're not safe, I can spare you two of my mansion's highly trained monster night guards, for the night, for free." He leans back, standing up straight again and looking down at her. "It's a big- No, it's a huge offer to someone like you, I know, but I want you to feel as safe as possible..." He grins, tapping on the front of his fedora once, watching her reaction to his monologue.
  14. Not taking his gaze off of her, he raised a brow, noticing something off in her expression. Was Salvatore that perceptive, or did he simply have a hunch that something was up? For now, he ignores it and continued to smile warmly, raising a hand to caress his own goatee for a moment. He remained leaning against the counter but looked around once more, as if he felt a sort of weird vibe or presence. He looked back at her, tilting his head slightly while grinning. Salvatore was known by everyone around the mall, Ivy included, so it's not exactly their first encounter. Hence why he referred to her by her name. Upon analyzing her grimace and forced facial expressions, he takes a mental note to ask her about it later. "Mhm, retail is quite vulnerable to troubles, indeed." He spoke with a certain warmness in his own voice, being quite the gentleman to someone as petite as Ivy. Salvatore looks away for a moment, pondering whether he should talk about her attitude, then finally deciding. He tells her something, while still looking away. "I've seen countless women in my life... Some pretty, some ugly, some strong, some petite..." He looks at her as he said the last word. He warmly and reassuringly smiled at her once again as he tilted his head a little bit, having a concerned look in his eyes. "...And I can tell when something is up. Darling, is everything alright?" He asked that question of her, as if he had seen through her mask, which... he probably did. With his warm tone, friendly attitude and positive expressions, he clearly meant no harm to Ivy at all. If anything, he just wanted to uncover the truth and possibly help her in any way.
  15. Having finished the meeting with Lady Monika, the buff rich man with his chest always out, known as Salvatore, had left her company building with his Hercules branded glass of nothing in it and his bottle of champagne he got as a gift. He raised a hand to signal a taxi and quickly went home to his mansion to lay off for half an hour and get ready for another walk in the mall, specifically to check on his casino for the second time today. First time he always does it in the morning, but the second time he does it in the evening. Salvatore was not a witness to the commotion between Jessica and poor Ivy @Neptune, but he had arrived minutes later, just after she returned from the back of the store. With the usual smirk on his face, donning his usual fancy white attire with his scarred and manly chest visible, he had entered "The Sweet Tooth!" candy shop and decided to pay the place a little visit, as he does to each and every store in the mall, twice. Upon noticing Ivy, unbeknownst to Salvatore what event had transpired minutes earlier, he stepped closer to the counter and reached up to his fedora, raising it for a moment as a form of greeting he always does, showing his pearly white teeth. "Ivy, darling, it is a pleasure to see you!" Always being so kind to women and womanly men. He looked down at her from his tall posture as he leaned against the counter with an elbow, smiling at her warmly, an aura of comfort and protection always emitting from him. He looked around, noticing that the people inside the store are busy looking around and not coming to pay for their things anyway yet, so he didn't think he was a bother, or in the way. He looked in Ivy's eyes, not noticing the sign that she cried as she did her best to hide that fact, asking a question. "Is your job coming along nicely, as always?"
  16. I could visit her with Salvatore. After all, he's well known around the mall and even owns a store there. But if @JennyDK wants to instead, that's fine either way.
  17. I would, but I think I'll give you a breather and give others a chance. :3
  18. I only follow the schedule for aesthetic purposes, to be honest. Ignore me, then. ^^
  19. Soonish, all of my characters are going to be free. I might, however, keep them on hold so that we can move on to the second day. But if anyone else wants to create an "evening" scene with any of my characters, you are free to hit me up! ^^ Speaking of evenings, I hope everyone's having a great day/evening!
  20. Looking back at her while listening to her response, he smiles. "Well, why not? I may be popular, but there's nothing wrong in trying to make more friends, is there? Besides, I'm trying to lean more at regular life, other than rich life. Money doesn't bring you happiness, as they say. I am happy that you will consider my offer, Lady Monika." After getting to the next topic, he steps more towards the exit door and nods at her. "Don't worry, I can find my own way out. I was blessed with great memory, thankfully. Do have a pleasant day!" All those rumors about Salvatore being a ladykiller, while true, it doesn't seem to apply to everyone. As a last goodbye wave, he raises his fedora as he looks back, before turning front again and walking away, managing to leave the building.
  21. He nods once more. "Mmmyes, I understand clearly, Lady Monika. Your business is quite large, and you have a lot of workers. Surely it wouldn't be a problem to allow yourself a day off in the future, wouldn't you think?" He asks her, tilting his head slightly and smiling at her once more, raising a hand to caress his goatee again. "That way you can truly relax and share your stories with me. But I will not push the matter. It was just a non-business related offer. You are free to decide yourself." At last, he stands up from his chair and reaches after his Hercules brand glass, looking at it for a moment. He turns around and grabs the champagne bottle with his other hand, stepping towards the door once and looking back at her. "That is all I wished to discuss with you, Lady Monika. Once again, thank you for having me, and thank you for the business." Not leaving yet as he was waiting for her reactions and responses, he added one last thing. "Oh, and if you ever fancy a free drink at any time, you are free to visit the Côte d'Azur Casino." He is quite generous today.
  22. Salvatore nods in agreement with her. "Correct you are. Many thanks for telling me that. I hope it was not a problem that I asked something personal of you, Lady Monika. For a moment I decided to put wealth and fame to the side and talk to you as a regular person, trying to get to know you better. I believe that wealth and fame aren't the only things that make a person, but personal life and personality do, as well." He smiled at her, strangely enough giving off a very much different aura than before. Instead of being able to look at him as if he is some random nobody with too much wealth on his plate, it's possible to look at him as if he is a normal, kind guy. "Either way, I am very glad you made it this far, and I hope you keep on growing." He says, reassuringly and supportive all of a sudden, but there was no sign of threat or mystery. There was no secret behind his kind words. There were no ill intentions.
  23. "Agreed." Salvatore nods at her. "What about your business, Lady Monika?" He looks around, smiling at the way this entire place was built. "Looks to me that you're a successful woman, and I very much respect that. I wonder, what was your childhood like? Were you always in a rich family?" He asks, bringing upon her an interesting but personal question, but that's determined on whatever way she looks at his question to her. Nonetheless, he gazed at the woman once more as he waited for her to fully respond to his barrage of questions that she can choose whether to answer or not. It seems like Salvatore was trying to start a friendly conversation with someone who's on the same level as him when it came to wealth. He always tried to make friends, truth be told.
  24. Pleased with how things are going, Salvatore continues to sit and lean back into the fancy chair, while idly looking around her office and listening to what she has to say. "Okay, I suppose I can hand the money to your trustworthy delivery men, then!" He seems confident. Once she asks about the casino, he nods with a sly smile as he looks at her again. "Oh yes, business is going pretty well. My men are managing well enough. I don't even need to be there and things are going fabulously! I don't doubt the ability of the real dealers that I've hired long ago, but even them can fail or be sneaky every now and then, which is honestly the nature of people who play poker. But I figured I can make things much more fair with your robots' help, Lady Monika, which is why I have turned to you in the first place." He tells her, continuing to respectfully call her a higher title like "Lady", hoping that he doesn't annoy her with so much speaking of his.
  25. "Then it is settled. I do not think a demonstration is needed, as I believe in your magnificent work, Lady Monika." He returned the smirk, amused himself at the conversation he's having with one of his fellow rich comrades. Strangely enough, despite Salvatore looking very handsome, always acting nice to women, to Monika he acts like an actual client, and not like someone who's constantly horny about women. This shows that he has respect for people. "The payment was already discussed about. Would you like to receive it now, or when your men deliver the products to my casino?" He asks, looking deeply and seriously into her eyes.
