  1. Well that depends as I have a teacher, whom is the home economics teacher at the school or I have an ex-student of the school that is a criminal. I don't have a student at the moment as I have created one that I feel comfortable using with a proper background or idea behind. For your succubus, what were you looking at doing for a scene or anything in particular? Could be asking for help on an assignment or pointers for magic as my criminal is a witch if she uses it.
  2. Well i do have a couple of characters that are open and available for anyone that is interested for a scene
  3. I have the home economics human teacher - Professor Maxwell Winsor that is available for anyone that is interested along with an alumni/criminal witch - Roselina Davidson available for anyone that is interested.
  4. Maxwell chuckles at the mention of the private tasting of the pie as he replies, “that is quite alright and mistakes happen when partaking in the art of cooking with it’s many different cuisines.” As he delicately takes one of the plates and the serving utensil to cut out a small slice of the pie. He gives off a soft humming sound as he comments, “It has a wonderful golden brown not over cooked and the filling has a beautiful amber color, while being set properly to night ooze out” as he sets the slice on his plate. He takes a small bite of the pie and nods thoughtfully as he swallows his bite before replying, “Very nicely done and no issues with the salt” as he pauses dramatically before replying, “full marks you two well done” before he sets the slice of pie down onto the counter as he has done at each station with only one bite taken.
  5. Maxwell coughed slightly at one of the other stations that the pie was made at by another group of students, while he grimace crossed his face as he set the pie done that was provide from their class assignment pie as he exclaimed, “Too much salt… pie was inedible” as he wipes his face with a white handkerchief. He continues saying, “Crust was ok a little under baked and filling was a tad over cooked. I’ll give you a C+ for a grade on the pie” as he makes a quick note on a score card held by a wooden clipboard. He smiles politely at Bella and hellhound as he states, “Ready for your judging on your pie? It’ll be out of 30 points based on taste, preparation and appearance” as he looks at the two of you.
  6. Maxwell watched the students prepare the same recipe for the baked apple with varying results of how the pie turned out with only a few having an issue with the pie coming out a burnt or overcooked. He chuckled softly as he called out, "Don't feel discouraged for any of you that might have run into issues with baking this dish as it can be a bit difficult or easily over cooked" as he glanced around the room as the baking times start to go off, "For those of you that have already pulled the pie out and let it cool down to serve should now see a golden brown pie crust with the apple filling being to just bubble underneath" as he holds up his own glass pie dish with a completed apple pie within. After a couple of minutes, he calls out, "Simple cut a couple of slices and lay one out for you and your partner before setting a slice of the pie aside for me to score it for a grade" as he gives the class a few minutes before walking to each station to sample the finished product quietly giving out a grade to the pair of students at the station.
  7. Maxwell watches the students as they proceed to finish off the last of the final steps that are needed to complete the pies by filling them full of the baked apple gooey stuffing and finishing off in the oven. He calls out to the students, "Once the pie bake timer goes off, you can all pull the pie out of the oven to allow it to cool for a few minutes, which once done you can then cut a slice of it to taste the fruits of your labor and if those that are able to can have whip cream or ice cream as a compliment for the pie since it is nearing the end of the class period" as he glances up at the clock to see the time.
  8. After some time has passed to allow the pies to cool, Maxwell watched the varies students complete the task of creating the pie dough and pulling the pie shell out seeing varies results of the shells being under baked or burnt, which he would politely inform the group that they needed to recreate the pie as he calls out, "Once your pie shell is cool to the touch and doesn't feel too hot go ahead with pouring or spooning the apple filling into the pie" as he spoons his own apple filling into the pie. He takes a small ball of left over dough as he explains, 'You can then roll out any left over dough to 1/4" thickness and cut into strips over different shapes to lay over top the filling in the pie for decoration like so" as gives an example of cut 1/4" strips creating a weave over the top of the pie with leaves laid out of the top. He continues by saying, "The topping of the dough on the pie would be what you want to make a decoration and you would then set the pie in the oven to allow it to bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown with the filling starting to bubble" as he places his own pie in the oven setting a time as he watches over the class saying, "Now finish the last step on this baking to await your results"
  9. Maxwell watches the class as they are waiting for the timers to go off to signal that the pies are done baking in the oven, which he calls out to the class, "For those that are sensitive to heat or burn easily. Humans have oven mitts or pot holders that can be used to pull the pie dish out of the oven. Please be careful for those that are not immune to fire or heat" as he watches the class when he holds up the two items mentioned. As he goes to continue talking the timer for the ovens would go off signaling the ability to pull out the pies and allow them to cool for a few minutes before filling the pie shell with the apple filling. He would call out, 'If any one burns themselves, please let me know and I will come take a look with the medical kit, which if needed we can get the nurse involved" as he pulls his own pie shell out and sets the med kit on the counter.
  10. Maxwell watches the class bake the pie shell as he stands before the class answering any questions that might pop up from the other students as he takes to walking around the group. He calls out to the class, “Once the pie shell as the baked form of the dough is called is done, you will pull the pie out of the oven and allow to cool. This will take a bit of time before the weights can be removed due to the temperature” as he proceeds to remove his own completed pie shell setting it on the stove. He continues as he says, “Once cooled remove the beans and then slowly pour the apple filling into the pie before baking in the 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, any questions” as he looks around the room at the class.
  11. Maxwell claps his hands at the finishing of the steps that were last listed out for the dough and the apples, he makes a statement, “now you to add the white bean shaped pie weights and blind bake the pie shell in the oven for”l 10 minutes” as he dumps a can of the weights in his own pie shell and places it in the oven. He continues saying, “Your oven will need to be set at 350 degrees F and after the pie has baked for 10 minutes remove the pie shell with pot holds to not burn yourself before setting it on the stove top.”
  12. Maxwell watches the groups as they roll out the dough and cut the apples after peeling them as instructed before noticing that some of the class are looking confused and thoughtful after Bella's question about the dough. He rubs the back of his neck with a chuckle as he replies, "bakers weren't the best at writing down their recipes when they were passed down as in the past they would be uttered verbally or to an apprentice hence the lack of information not always being noted in recipes Bella. Recipes didn't change until the modern era to be more detailed" as he gives an explaination for the lack of detail. He gives a thoughtful look for a moment before explaining, "Take your pie plate that the dough will go into and it doesn't need to be perfectly circular just bigger than the pie dish by about an inch to account for shrinkage of the dough when it bakes. Also roll the dough out to 1/4" or 0.635 cm for the thickness" as he places his own rolled out dough into the pie plate. He continues, "Once the dough is rolled out to the necessary size and thickness, gently place the dough into the pie plate and time the excess dough along the edge of the plate that hangs over the lip before also taking a fork to dock the center of the plate to prevent it puffing up like so" as he gentle presses a fork over the inside of the dough on the pie plate. He smiles at Hellhound and replies," Very good miss Hellhound and those of you that cut n peeled the apples, Once the apples are peeled and sliced, make sure to take a lemon or lemon juice and drizzle a small amount over the apples to prevent them from turning brown as well."
  13. Maxwell looked around at the other students as he sees a couple of the students struggling with the rolling pin and the pastry dough as he chuckles before exlaiming out loud, "Alright class to a look up front and I will show you how to roll out the dough to the correct thickness" as he claps his hands making his way to the front of the class. He stands in front of the class as he quietly washes his hands before grabbing the dough he made at the beginning of the class as he places the dough in front of him and grabs the rolling pin as he says, "grab the rolling pin by the small pins on the sides of item and gentle press down on the dough pushing forward before rolling the pin back towards you" as he makes a show of the action. He continues, "You would then pick the rolling pin up and turn the down and repeat the action until the dough is circle in shape and your desired thickness" as he takes a couple of minutes repeating the action to get the dough to the necessary size and thickness.
  14. Maxwell walks up to pair after hearing the request from Bella about inspecting the group's work on he dough as he stops in front of the pair looking at the work that had been completed so far. He gently picks up the dough as he inspects the completed product before replacing it on the counter as he smiles at the two stating, "I would let the dough rest a couple of minutes and then you can roll the pie dough out to a 1/4 of an inch" as he looks at the other ingredients that have been washed for use on the counter. He continues by stating, "Once you have rolled out the dough, I would then peel and slice the apples to be lightly tossed in cinnamon with sugar to be placed in the pie dough" as he gently picks up one of the apples as twirls the apple lightly before slowly removing the apple with a knife that he removes the peel with a knife that he removes from his apron pouch. After a couple of minutes, he gently holds the apple out to hellhound as he comments, "If Bella wants you to go ahead and peel the other apples before having them sliced or however you two want to divide out the last bit of the pie making before it has to be baked" as he keeps a small smile on his face.
  15. Ah i see sorry for confusion then that my sleep-deprived brain caused
  16. Well testing out a mock battle is a give. Just not sure why any of my characters would take part in direct combat
  17. Hello all, depends on the mock battle were you looking for a human or a monster? i have a fox demon or my demonologist if you would like? anyone looking for a partner, I have the following characters available: Millie and Coco - maids for monika thompson Roselina Davidosn - An ex-student demonologist Ryder Foster-Price - Fox Demon 1st yr student
  18. Maxwell watches and corrects those that need assistance with measuring or preparing of ingredients of pastry dough. He coughs softly as he states, “Once the eggs, sugar butter are mixed and your dry ingredients are measured you will slowly mix the wet ingredients of the creamed mixture with the floor and mix in the wet ingredients like water or milk” as watches the class before stating, “Once you have added the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients slowly mix them together with a mixing spoon” as he motions to a wooden spoon. He continues on to state, “On the dough is mixed together with no dry flour, you will cover with a damp towel and then we will move onto the filling” as he watches the class follow his demonstration of mixing the dough.
  19. Maxwell chuckles as he takes his bowl back of the pastry dough as he watches the students before stating out loud, “The first thing I recommend is to measure the necessary amount of sugar and then take your whisk or beater and cream the room-temperature butter into the sugar making a paste” as he motions to each ingredient. He finally holds up the fresh egg and continues, “Afterwards you will break the necessary eggs into the bowl without getting any shells in it. I would recommend breaking a single egg at a time in a separate bowl before adding the egg to the creamed sugar n butter” as he looks at the different students.
  20. Maxwell smiles politely as he replies to Bella’s and Hellhound’s comments about the recipe, “start with two tablespoons added to the ingredients if there is still dry flour and an additional tablespoon until you have added a grand total of 4 tablespoons of water all together“ as he proceeds to combine the ingredients slowly into a sticky ball of dough. After he completes the dough, he holds the bowl out to be passed around the class as he continues, “in my case for this batch I needed the four tablespoons mentioned in the dough recipe to get the necessary sticky and pliable result for the dough“ as he looks straight at Bella saying, “cooking is an exact measurements based on measurements and deals with the different senses sight, taste, hearing and feeling when cooking“ as he pauses on how to explain further before he continues, “Its and art form and many things impact a good dish and how it tastes, which includes being able to properly prepare the ingredients and tell what ingredients are good from your different senses, which a non-human would be able to tell what is fresher or reliable better than a human“ as he looks at Hellhound saying with a chuckle, “I don’t think raw uncooked dough would taste pleasant“ as he watches the other students pass the ball of dough around the class.
  21. Maxwell chuckles at the questions from the two of the as he turns his attention to them as he addresses the class. He replies politely, “the recipe was written correct from an old cookbook that was passed down from the colonial time period“ as he sets his own flour bowl down before continuing, “start with 2 tbsps of water and depending on if all the flour in the bowl is combined into the dough you might need to add more“ as he mulla over his next words carefully. He continues his explanation by saying, “humidity and how dry the flour is back then had an impact on the wetness of the flour that was used in the dough, which caused a variable in the water needed unlike today things weren’t as advanced or precise“ as smiles at them saying, “good question did that help clarify the issue or any other questions on it?“
  22. Roselina Davidson Age: 25 Race: Human Occupation: Ex-High School and Criminal of Sun Veil Personality: With those that appreciate her work, she is friendly out-going and bubbly, which is easily confused with being flirty by. She is quick to anger when her morals/ethics are attacked or when things don't go her way. She treats all her summons as her children and will not see anything bad about them or their actions. For those that are not her friends or understanding of her work, she is hostile and emotionless until her ire is triggered and then she is petty and childish when meeting them, which will only be satiated with her getting revenge as nothing else will matter to her not even an apology. Powers: Daemonic Creation - She has the ability to create and breathe life into demonic creations that depict the biblical demons and devils in mythology through the usage of ancient runes and magical summon circles crafted from her blood to turn offered objects and materials even souls into to living daemonic beings that she can control. The destruction of the runes or magical circle will banish the daemonic beings that she brings forth into the material world or someone with a strong enough will could steal control of the daemonic being with the usage of magic or psionic ability. Lastly, magic, banishment and holy powers are deadly to the daemonic beings at destroying or vanquishing them. She has a mental and magical capacity limit of only being able to handle summoning two daemonic beings and must complete the necessary runes/magical circle to summon them with her own blood using an obsidian bone athame. Daemonic Manipulation - She has the ability to temporarily bind up to two daemonic creations to her will and must clutch a special rune etched from the daemonic being's blood to keep control of them. If the specially crafted rune etched into the obsidian polished rock is destroyed or damaged it will break her control on the daemonic being and it will be free from her control. She can also be put under enough magical or mental stress to break her concentration required to keep the being under her control allowing it the possibility to break free and allowing it to attack her or embark on a rampage. Daemonic Creations under her control must receive a spoken infernal/abyssal commands to enact her will. Daemonic Sending - She has the ability to banish a daemonic creation until summoned once more by her through a daemonic creation ritual that requires another runic magical circle crafted from her own blood and custom obsidian bone athame to accomplish the banishment of the being. Any form of mental or magical interruption can prevent her from vanquishing her own daemonic creations, which are the only beings able to be affected by this ability. These beings can also have a chance of breaking from of her control and attacking her before she is able to vanquish them from this material plane. Devil's Tongue - She has the ability to understand the strange archaic infernal/abyssal speech of demons, devils and fiendish creatures along with their archaic vile form of written text, which helps her relay spoken orders to her creations and communicate with these entities. Using the ability is a beacon for those versed in holy magic/origins or demonic magic/origins will have an easier time of tracking down the person uttering the archaic infernal/abyssal language in its written or spoken form. For her to enable the magical ability, she must write a rune on her throat with blood and her special athame, which removal of this rune will disrupt the ability or if she is unable to speak will prevent this ability from working. Devil's Sight - She has the ability to see up to 60 feet in darkness or at night in a field of green similar to night vision googles, while those that might use magic or magical abilities to remove light or blanket a field in darkness to blind someone, she is unaffected by such creations. Lastly, she is able to recognize demonic entities and witness their true form when hidden under illusions or shapeshifting abilities. The ability is easily noticeable due to eerie glowing green slitted eyes that take the place of her own after she etches a demonic rune on her forehead, which if she is blindfolded or the rune is removed she looses access to this ability until she reapplies a fresh rune on her forehead with a specially crafted obsidian bone athame.
  23. Millie and Coco both bow before waving as Monika leaves the estate for her business meeting, which they smiles briefly between themselves before quickly making arrangements to acquire new casual attire with the funds provided to them for any party or situation that required clothes other than their work uniform.
  24. Maxwell smiles at the group of students as he watches the class perform the tasks needed to wash their hands and the apples that would be used in the baking of today’s recipe. He stops at a couple of the stations to inspect the work and points out criticism as needed, while giving praise to others as needed. He exclaims out to Bella and Hellhound, “Good work at washing the apples without damaging them” as he pauses before continuing, “The next step is to prepare the dough for the crust” as he begins to walk them threw the process of measuring the ingredients need for the crust being: flour, salt, sugar for the dry ingredients and butter, eggs n water for the wet ingredients.
  25. The sisters both look at each other before looking back at Monika nodding in understanding, Millie offers a soft and polite smile as she replies, “Yes Lady Thompson, I understand and thank you for your recommendations“ as she bows before taking a step back. Coco shuffles slightly as she tries to be a bit more bubbly in nature as usual as she replies, “I-I understand Miss Thompson and thank you for the recommendation. I will take a look at a few of them“ as she bows as well before continuing, “If we need anything further we will be sure to seek out the aid of the head butler as directed ma’am“ as she offers a small smile.
