She can channel that electricity into tarot cards to create illusions and bring out each cards special ability or she can use her electricity to shock people to have them give up information. Weapons: Sword or Tarot Cards. Personality/Background: Celeste is a playful soul with a stern upbringing. Her father was the most wanted criminal in the area. Celeste would stand up to her father to protect her mother and herself but she'd get beat for it. Once night her father was sick of Celeste's smart mouthing and threw her into a closet hard knocking her out locking the closet. When Celeste awoke she heard gasping and gagging. She looked through the keyhole to see her father stabing her mother in chest with a gun to her head balls deep inside her. Celeste watched her father rape her mother's dying corpse from the locked closet. After what seemed like hours her father had finished with her mother leaving her a oozing mess of blood and cum from all the holes he fucked. Celeste knew she was next but then she heard booming voices, it wad the officials. Looking Celeste dead in eyes her father shot himself in head.
