Sofie — Backstory

Sofie had always been a gentle soul.

She grew up in a quiet suburb on the edge of the city, raised by a single mother who worked long hours as a nurse. Sofie spent most of her childhood alone in a house that felt too big and too quiet. She filled that loneliness with daydreams—fantasy stories, creature myths, tales of shapeshifters and ancient beastfolk tribes said to live far beyond human borders.

As she got older, she realized something her classmates didn’t quite understand:

She wasn’t interested in normal boys.

While other girls swooned over skinny musicians and handsome athletes, Sofie’s heart raced at a different image entirely—tall, strong, wolf-like humanoids, with sharp teeth and even sharper instincts. Something about their mix of danger and devotion called to something deep inside her.

She loved the idea of a creature who could be both gentle and fierce, protective and possessive.
A creature who could overpower her physically, but choose instead to hold her close.

Sofie kept that fantasy quiet.
It was her secret, a little blush she kept behind closed doors.
