Ouefs d'une Femme

Ouefs d'une Femme — or ‘Eggs of a Woman’ is a special dish inspired by Seder and presented during Passover for Jezebel and Father Gabriel. Designed to resemble the reproductive organs of a female, a half-poached yolk over roasted oxheart tomato serves as the center focus, with a cruelly cultivated albino caviar, and cured ovarian chunks cherried over a pomegranate glaze.
