After the long and stressful morning the day had brought on, the Gamma of the pack would leave the manor discreetly so not to attract any attention. Going to her desk she would open a small black container and take a couple pills of her suppression drug she had developed for herself. With the new infusion of blood Alicia found herself filled with more energy, however a full belly also made sleep more appealing. Together the vampires drained the deer of it's blood. Samuel nodded along though he knew little about alchemy. "Fair enough. Give me specifications and I'll follow them." Happy she appreciated his offer Canaan nodded quietly. He truly hoped to be able to help the Gamma out she was an important part of the pack. "I didn't think you were tryimg to earn any pity... it was honest... and sad. I can't imagine what it must be like to lose your mate... even so I'll do my best to help you vent!" Canaan embraced her in a tight hug his strong arms wrapping around her and pressing her against his brawny torso.

Continuing to ckean his fluids up off the floor it took the younger werewolf a few seconds to notice that Samara had stopped. He paused as well looking at her with an eyebrow raised. As she asked him why he was curious he shrugged and opened his mouth before being interuppted. Canaan's face fell as she explained, he frowned feeling bad that he had asked. He cleaned more hurriedly niw tryinh to finish the task as if in atonement. "Oh..." He reached out with one hand wishing to comfort her but stopped hesitating, unsure of what to do. "I'm sorry..." Pulling his sweat pants back on one leg at a time he watched her put the sample away. He smiled
