On the cold dreary streets of night city, at the corner of 22nd and Charter Hill sat what looked like the remnants of a condemned hotel building. Though on the outside it looked like a rundown husk, the remnants of an old Victorian building. Inside however was a different story, alive with the music and uproar of rowdy but respectful solos.
