As class began, Beth opened her book and began to take notes. She was grateful to the favoritism of not being called on to answer questions. It was a relief for her shyness. She did her best to focus but occasionally she did find herself doodling as well.

Everyone knew it, but it was a private thing. Miya showed her desires to Beth behind closed doors. Mostly having her come to the teacher’s dorms some nights. There was rarely any open signs of it in class. Just a sort of favoritism she showed her pet at times. Eventually the class began. A focus on lectures on various subjects. During class there was no hint the school was any different than other schools, the same as other girls schools at least. Bath looked up as she saw the students enter. She could see and feel the jealous stares directed at her. She of course greeted anyone who greeted her but she still couldn’t help feeling a little embarrassed at the thought of everyone knowing her and Miya’s relationship though part of her did feel proud to be in this position that everyone else wanted to be in.

That shyness was rather cute. Especially that it could be misinterpreted as a sign she was much purer than she really was. But like those other girls, she had taught Beth much, and seen what others taught her. A few other girls started to come into class, a few jealous stares though they did not say anything more than friendly greetings. Everyone in class knew about what Beth and Miya did in private most of them were jealous. She watched her pet, looked to see some hint of her reaction. Embarrassed? Happy? Proud? Did she appreciate the honor of being a pet to someone like her? To know she had something almost no one else would?

With blushed a little bit more as she heard her teacher’s words. She bit her lower lip a bit and then uttered, “y-yes Miss Ryuunara… I um… I gave her lessons… we won’t be surprised today…”

Miya did not know all the details, but she knew enough to be able to guess quite a bit. "You have a new girl as your roommate now, don't you?" She knew Beth's longtime roommate had recently graduated. It was her turn to be the older roommate, teach someone new. She did not know the details, but she was sure Beth had a new arrival as a new roommate, starting yesterday. "I hope you gave her some good lessons on what the school was like. Otherwise, she might get rather surprised in class today." Beth was a 'good' girl, she guessed that was what was going on. Beth tensed up a little as she heard the words come out of her teacher’s mouth, uttering, “r-right…! S-sorry Miss Ryuunara… I-I’ll try to take better care of myself in the future.” She didn’t want to admit what she had been doing but she knew that Miya knew already if she was calling her out for it, a way of teasing her.

Miya smiled at Beth. That was just one of the various reasons she chose the girl as a pet. Always one of the early ones. Quiet, obedient, would do anything she told her, do anything not to upset her. It had been so fun spending the private time to make Beth hers. Unlike Rebecca and the other girls, it would be somewhat accurate to say the two of them had a relationship of sorts.
