Anahel nodded as the other girl gave a brief list of some of what they needed. “Yes I see, it would be no problem for me to conjure up some of those materials and things but I’m afraid I would have no idea what to do with them…” she then looked over at Mirina and suggested something, “maybe we could head into town today and see if we can find a professional who can help restore your home. We could even do a little clothes shopping for you and maybe pick up some ingredients for later on,” she told Mirina with a small smile.

It was a good question. The place had been beaten up some and mostly looted. In the long run there was a lot of work to do. Eventually the fields would have to be replanted, new animals brought in, but fixing the place up was the immediate goal. Anahel nodded and said, “yes… that is something to consider… well yeah, maybe all we really can do for now is to rebuild the house the way it was, we can think about restoring the farm when the war is all done,” she told them. She then took the bedding and pillows inside and swapped them out for the old ones. Moments later she nodded and said, “this new bedding will be the first step to rebuilding this place. What should we work on now?”

Mirina did not say anything, about how she would not be in the town long term. Just here as long as her mistress was. The family farm was convenient as a place to sleep while they remained here, but after that she would follow them wherever they went. Likely to end up living somewhere rather different long term. “Well, I can help. We can rebuild it a little. But both of us will need more help long term. A farm really should have more hands on it.” The other girl offered her thoughts as they walked back to the house. In her case, she figured she had to try to find a husband soon. Anahel was contempt to do more work with Mirina until Maxim needed her. Thanks to their bound and her spell whenever the time was right and he called, she would know and come rushing back. As the other girl from the neighboring farm came over, Anahel smiled and said, “thank you so much. This is much appreciated. Mirina was a little surprised it was still that and not looking for the Prince. She had to wonder how much longer they were going to remain here. Though she figured the Prince would come look for her mistress if he felt it was time to go. "Usually just work around the farm. Housework, caring for the animals." Anahel soon began to clean Mirina’s clothes and used her magic to dry them. She then presented her with the other and watched as she got dressed. It was nice to see her clean like this, it was a welcomed sight, a sight that made Anahel feel like she was one step closer to helping the girl. Once done she got up and said, “alright, let’s see what we can do today. What kind of work would you usually do before you were a slave?”

Mirina had not really expected that. It did feel good, the rubbing of her head and the gentle touches of her body. The actual washing was a little strange feeling, she let it happen though, the first proper bath to that degree she ever had it. It felt a little strange, but she could not really complain. Soap and shampoo was something she had been aware of but had little experience. After her mistress was done, she sat there with the towel, drying herself slowly as the clothes were cleaned, getting used to the feeling of being washed. She was not bothered by the idea of wearing other stuff too, that was not new. But once they got moving

Anahel nodded and said, “I see… get undressed then, I’ll treat you to a proper bath.” With that, Anahel left for a moment going back into the house and then re-emerging with a wash cloth and a towel. She then used her magic to conjure a block of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. She also had a bucket with her and smiled, “close your eyes for a bit.” Once Mirina was undressed and had clothes her eyes, Anahel scooped up some water into the bucket and dumped it over Mirina a few times, getting her entire body and hair wet. Once that was done, she placed some of the shampoo into her hands and began to rub it i to Mirina’s hair, rubbing her hand
