Izanagi also laughed a little bit and shook his head slightly at his friends comment. Now that he was sure that the cultist was using the mutated bandits, the demon almost felt bad for them. Emphasis on 'almost', since the bandits were clearly blinded by their thirst for more power. Not to mention they were cleaarly planning on using those powers for their own selfsh purposes. It was probably for the best that he was there to stop them before they had any chances to actually hurt someone, or worst. Izanagi also wasn't really surprised when Deadrin said that the cultist was planning on using him as a way to blackmail his friend into giving up.
