Horror
I'm normally not a horror fan. Advertisements for scary movies and shows freak me out and I want them out of my life. But in a controlled environment like roleplay, and with the carrot stick of romance, I find that I can enjoy horror when I don't have terrifying images in my face and freaky noises in my ears!

Someone I met put this in words before I fully understood my feelings myself. I'm paraphrasing of course, but it went something like this:

I couldn't agree more, but me, I'm more about the threat of danger than actual combat. That's not to say I don't write combat at all - I will happily do it on occasion for the sake of variety. I mean that in general, if the world we use has potential threats, I prefer for them to be implied rather than constantly chasing down and trying to shank our protagonists. That usually means a spooky-scary atmosphere where danger could lurk around every corner!

Steam- and Dieselpunk
I love the rustic alt-history settings this genre spawns! There's something about clunky machinery that's just so cool!

Fantasy
Medieval with twists! Magic and a distinctly low-technology aesthetic are my favorite things about this genre. Sometimes I take the usual species in this genre and put them into other settings!

Post-Apocalyptic
Oops, civilization is gone~ You might think of a struggle for survival or the questioning of morality in this genre, but what about post-apocalyptic romance? Imagine being freed from responsibilities like work and school, and just being able to travel anywhere with your wife~ Sure a few animals will need to be murderized for food, but for me, this genre in general represents freedom from the burdens of living in a society.

Modern
I freaking love slice of life rom-coms. Sometimes they're so adorable they hurt! I would love to roleplay one of my own, but I think this genre needs a little twist here and there to be good. I don't want to just recreate the real world, because it sucks! If I got a partner for this, I'd love to brainstorm silly scenes, and maybe even adapt some tropes!

Fan fiction (Fandom?)
You can ask me about this, but I should warn you that I don't consume too much story-based content these days. I'm not entirely confident I can play pre-established characters correctly, and I feel a bit bad messing with them. I'm more open to using our own original characters in a pre-made setting. Settings I will pre-approve are Goddess of Victory: Nikke and Zenless Zone Zero!

Sci-fi
Space is frickin' cool! The technological possibilities, the different planets we could go to, and the species we could meet. I love sci-fi and its possibilities, but the sheer scope of potential can be rather intimidating!
Recently, I haven't been very interested in sci-fi and I'm not sure why. Go ahead and pitch an idea for it though!

Medieval
I'll be honest with you, historically accurate medieval isn't interesting to me. I'm also not a fan of armies of men cleaving each other to bloody pieces, or the political intrigue of courts dealing with each other. If you have a medieval plot, I'll at least hear it out, but know that I'd just prefer Fantasy!

Dystopia
Remember how I said the real world sucks? Yeah, I know it can get worse, and that's pretty much dystopia. All-powerful governments and/or corporations are really unsettling for me. Again, not an immediate no, but not something I really want to think about.

Affection and intimacy
This doesn't have to be dirty. In general, it just involves our characters being intimate and vulnerable with each other, during appropriate times of course. Whether they're snuggled up together in front of a fire, or cuddling nude for aftercare, them showing affection is very cute and heart-warming~

Wife is a peak status. Doesn't have to be a literal wedding, it could be a nickname or something! hehe wifecock

Part of Affection and intimacy! It's non-dirty, close-quarters nudity and vulnerability... though it can become dirty~

Before I explain what I like about these, I gotta make a very important distinction! My use of the term 'futa' does not mean the hermaphrodite kind - it's shorthand for a character with a female body, but male reproductive organs! And I mean the full package too - cock and balls instead of lady bits. I'm fully aware that's not what a futanari is, but a lot of people use the word this way and so I do too in order to simplify my sentences.
Now with that boring technical detail stuff out of the way, allow me to express my adoration for fufu peanits~ I love cock, I really do, but the male body is just alright to me.
