    I have never done a proper adventure eep butBut I thought of some that might be interesting and obviously if you want to modify or add to any of these that's perfectly alright!

    The Exiled Witch Queen

    You are a mercenary, walking along towards a kingdom for work, however as you arrive you see that the kingdom is both in disarray and without a king... or queen. The recent witch queen Wilmina was banished after performing black magic, and although everyone tells you how awful this magic was, when you find the actual people effected they are in great health. You leave the kingdom and incidentally find the banished queen. Will you join her as a loyal follower and lover? Or threaten to blackmail her? Up to you!

    A New Century

    You awake from cryo sleep and it is the year 2160, you don't remember agreeing to being put in cryo sleep nor the reason why you needed to be in it to begin with. You aren't told much but are let know that your girlfriend of the past is long dead, however so that the recently woken people are not depressed upon learning of everyone they know dying they are given a special android. The android is designed to look like the person's late partner and in this case she looks like your girlfriend. Now accompanied by a robotic clone of your girlfriend you set out to find out what happened to you. 

    Modern Exploration

    You are a modern day explorer and are quite depressed about there being little to nothing left to explore on earth. Whilst sailing you stumble upon an island not yet on the map, and when you make landfall you learn that it is an uncontacted civilization. The Watermelon Kingdom! The people are seemingly descendants of shipwrecked English settlers as they speak an sort of English and greet you kindly. You speak to the princess, beautiful young lady in need of courting as her father, the king is soon to pass. Will you join their courts and wed the princess or reign devastation on the odd kingdom?

    So I like the concept of the first idea, but I do have a question or two regarding it.  Namely...

    So in this universe, is black magic just generally considered a bad thing or is there more to this like a coup or someone else causing problems and pinning the blame on Wilmina and her magic?

    Actually, this point sort of answers my question.  Seems to me like a case of "rebellion or usurping the throne" or some sort of deal involving another party.

    Black magic has negative connotations but is not outright malicious, just a scapegoat to oust her

    I see.  One could go with the angle of a third party using black magic in a malicious way, then throwing the queen under the bus due to having similar magic, but said person would have to be high up on the power poll, enough to make people raise eyebrows towards the queen.

    Now, another question.  What is the general danger level in this world, considering mercenaries exist in it?  Apologies in advance for the constant prodding with questions.

    The 2nd one sounds like it can be interesting and fun, the storywise with him adjusting to a new world and conflicted with his android!
