Brother x sister plots

I am looking for someone to build an older brother x younger sister roleplay plot with. 

Looking for drama like. 

Brother gets off to having his sister suck him off and decides to take it a step further but finds out that she's been posting to only fans goes to stay with his aunt and ends up becoming his cousins only fans partner stays longer than he planned. Only to come back home to find his sister alone. Thinking she doesn't know about what he'd been doing goes to tell her he forgives her and see her pregnant belly
