Okay, so! I'm new to the site (clearly) but not new to roleplaying. I've been writing since I was eleven, which makes for a good fourteen years of roleplaying experience by now. While I may not be totally familiar with ED yet, I'm hoping to do so by jumping into some new stories!

About Me/Expectations

• I'm twenty-four, female, and in the EST time zone.
• You can likely expect about one or two replies per week from me, though this can go up or down. I work more than full time even in the times of Corona, and I also have a boyfriend, cat, dog, and house to maintain. I am usually around daily for OOC chat.
• Length isn't as much of a concern for me — I write what is necessary for the scene and would prefer the same from you, as long as it's at least a paragraph — but I do ask that spelling and grammar be well-checked and that vocabulary is varied and interesting.
• I will write over forum topic or PM/EcchiText, I have no preference. I will not go off-site, sorry!
• OOC chat is great! I like to chit-chat and I especially love talking about our characters or sending plot elements back and forth, but I don't want to get too personal.

• Favorites are kinks I would love if we included, though of course, nothing is necessary. I do think that if you aren't open to any of my faves, we probably won't work well. Plot Disclaimer

All of my plot ideas are open to input. If you like the setting but don't like the pairing, or like one part of the pairing but not the other, please feel free to suggest edits!

I'm also always open to hearing your cravings, so feel free to suggest!

Modern Pairings/Plots

• Quarantine plots! I love the idea of taking a cliche pairing and finding a way to trap them together during quarantine. Our characters could be exes, roommates, siblings/step-siblings, best friends, enemies, co-workers, rivals... pretty much anything you want.
• Something based around a religious cult. I did have a plot a while ago involving a small-town detective going undercover to expose a cult from the inside out. I'd also love to do something based around Waco, perhaps with characters surviving the siege and going on to recover. Something about characters escaping a cult in general and trying to figure out how to live 'normally' also intrigues me.
• To play off the above, something revolving around fundamental religious families, such as the Duggars of 19 Kids and Counting/Counting On. Basically, a secular religion that teaches women their place is to obey their husband, that they can't kiss/have sex before marriage, etc. I would love to explore one of two stories: someone from a fundie family and their arranged match as they attempt to live under the family's regime, perhaps branching out from the family and exposing the corruption, or, on the opposite site, someone from a fundie family marrying into an arrangement, but slowly being corrupted by their new spouse as they explore the 'real' world more and more.
• A kidnapper with multiple personalities and the target they capture, who slowly starts to gain the trust of all of their captor's alters.
• An author of horror/murder mystery novels and their significant other, a secret serial killer who seems a little too happy about providing details for their lover's stories.
• A serial killer who gets more than they bargain for with their latest victim, who is grateful to their captor for taking them away from a life they hated and is all too happy to suggest targets for their next kill, even offering to act as bait.
• A military service-person, freshly home from war, deals with the horrors they've seen and the resulting mental issues, with their spouse/sibling/best friend/counselor by their side.
• A single parent and their child's kindergarten teacher.
• A college student jokingly tweets about wanting a 'sugar buddy' to give them money without expectation of sexual favors. A miserable, reclusive businessman agrees for the companionship.
• A college student, who is a bit of a rebel, and the pseudo-adopted sibling they grew up with when their parents took special interest in them.
• A rebellious rock star and the innocent pop star they're set up with in a fake relationship to save their career.
• A beauty YouTuber/vlogger/aesthetically pleasing content creator and the troublemaker/prank/diss track/edgy content creator they fake date to make their ex mad.
• A star of a reality show based on teen parents and the 'regular person' who gets wrapped up in dating them.
• A witness of a crime, sent into witness protection, and their fellow 'witness', who is really part of the crime syndicate that turned in the perpetrator of the crime witnessed.
• A college student rendered homeless by the loss of their university housing and the professor/TA who offers up their spare room.
• A baker and a florist in a small town, forced to work together on all events held there.
• A tattoo artist and the florist who constantly provides them with references for the endless waves of floral tattoos they're set up to do.
• A traveler and a native in a summer fling that ends up lengthened somehow.
• Teen parents who decide to try and make things work.

Fantasy Pairings/Plots

• A janitor in a laboratory facility and the humanoid creature the lab has captured to study.
• A new homeowner and the ghost/demon that haunts their new house.
• Two paranormal investigators, who fake their findings for YouTube views, get more than they bargain for when they stumble across a legitimate haunting, leading to them making a real career out of their hobby.
• A government-mandated pairing between a self-sufficient Omega and an Alpha who would rather die than give in to biological instincts.
• Something lightly based on InCase's NSFW Alfie comic, set in a world where fantasy races generally don't mix.
• A bored tavern-worker is suddenly swept up into a life of adventure, whether it be minor (like a traveling caravan) or major (like a prophetic quest).
• A drunk stumbles across a werewolf on their way home, mistaking them for a stray dog. Bringing it home, they wake up in the morning to discover it was anything but.
• A recent divorcee inherits a cabin in the woods. Quitting their job and moving across the country/world to start over, they discover their new property isn't as empty as they'd once believed.
• A human abducted by aliens and the higher-ranking alien who takes pity on them, studying them from afar rather than subjecting them to brutal torture.
• A human coming upon a deserted castle and the human-turned-beast cursed to remain there until they fall in love.
• A long-forgotten god/goddess and the human who unknowingly evokes them.
• Two survivors of an apocalypse working together despite not getting along at first.

Historical Pairings/Plots

• Set aboard the Titanic, including the sinking and the aftermath. Whether it's based on the movie with our own original characters, or we reverse genders, or we involve other classes/professions entirely, I'd love to play in this era.
• Set during the California Gold Rush, involving the daughter of the mining camp's doctor and an injured miner recovering from a cave-in. Or, perhaps, a brothel worker and a lone miner.
• Set during the Oregon Trail, involving a widower with a child/children and the daughter of the trail guide.
• Set during the Great Depression, involving a boarding house owner's daughter/employee and a passing jobseeker.
• Set during World War II, involving an injured soldier and a frontline nurse.
• Set anytime, an arranged marriage between two people who dislike each other but slowly learn to love one another.

Fandom Pairings/Plots

• The Breakfast Club! Canons preferred. I would die for a Claire x Bender, and would happily play either character. Might be interested in OCs.
• Disney! I usually don't enjoy plots using the canon plot/canon characters of the movie. I'd rather do things like replacing the characters from the movie with our own original characters, crossovers between characters, or taking the characters and putting them in a neutral setting. I can probably play pretty much anyone, though I haven't seen some of the newest movies.
• Glee! I haven't watched the show in ages, but it was part of my first big RP experiences, so it stays. I prefer canon pairings here, and I'm a dirty multi-shipper, so I'll probably do anything. I do enjoy playing Santana, Rachel, or Kitty, mainly, but I will absolutely try others.
• Harry Potter! First off, all characters will be aged up to at least eighteen. I will use Hogwarts as a setting, but I require we alter ages so that characters start school much later, and are above eighteen by the time our story would start. As for canon pairings: Draco x Hermione, Harry x Hermione x Ron, Viktor x Hermione, Ron x Hermione, Harry x Ginny, Draco x Astoria, Lily x James, Scorpius x Rose, and quite a few more! Just suggest your favorites. I'm also happy to play OCs. I don't have any premade as of now, but I adore creating them.
• Hunger Games! It's been a while since I've written in this fandom, but I've always loved its setting. As far as canons go, I'd really only be interested in Gale x Katniss. I don't have any OCs ready, but whether they be tributes or not, I'd love to develop something here.
• Pokemon! OCs definitely preferred here. I might be able to do a few canons some justice, but it's doubtful. I know the most about the earliest seasons/games, and likely wouldn't play in any regions past Hoenn. I've also played the spinoffs like Ranger and Mystery Dungeon, so those are fair game, too.
• Skyrim! I've recently been playing Skryim a lot, and have quite a few character ideas. I'd love to play an orphan from Riften who hates the Thieves' Guild and leaves to join the Companions instead; a somewhat prissy Restoration mage who hates getting her hands dirty and instead goes along on adventures to heal from a distance; a tanky heavy armor/two-handed Nord woman who doesn't take any shit from anyone; a Khajiit or an Argonian in general (creature-ladies deserve love, too!); or any other number of OCs! I could also attempt canons, though I'm not too sure who I'd go for. Some canon pairings I could see enjoying: Karliah x Brynjolf, Farkas x Vilkas x Aela, Aela x Skjor, Ulfric x Elisif. I'd love someone to play Ralof, Ulfric, or Brynjolf for my OC, and I'd be happy to offer to try anyone in return!
• Star Wars! A fandom near and dear to my heart. It's where I fell in love with writing again. I do love canon pairings, and admittedly, I'm mainly looking for Ben x Rey here, but I'd happily play either role. I'd also be interested in Han x Leia, female!Revan x Carth, Revan x Bastila, or Exile x Atton. As far as OCs go, I have a female smuggler loosely based on the SWTOR smuggler storyline that I'd love playing, and I'm also happy to create new OCs if required!
• Titanic! It's a bit stereotypical, but I'd love to explore a story post-movie where Jack lives.
• The Witcher! Canons or OCs here. I love Geralt x Yennefer and will likely not divert from that for either of these characters, but I'm open to hearing other canon pairings. Others I might enjoy include Ciri x Skjall, Dandelion x Priscilla, Cerys x Hjalmar, Keira x Lambert, and Keira x Triss. I'd also love to play an OC to Lambert, Geralt, Ciri, Triss, Letho, or Zoltan.
• Zootopia! Open to both doing the anthro versions or humanizing them, but I'd prefer Nick x Judy as the main pairing here. I'd be okay with doing side pairings with other canons, or doing something all-OC!
