Its the dead of winter, and a teen girl and her family are camping. Deep in the forests of the area, are said to be mystic creatures, built like animals but with the intelligence of humans. The girl wanders off from camp one day, finding herself hopelessly lost, and chased by something unknown, when she is rescued by one of these mystic creatures. It takes her to its den, and soon they realize the sapience they share. It buds from rescue, to romance very quickly.
