[I was lazy with the title but my ideas are fleshed out so indulge~]

New Sparta, a metropolis the size of a mid sized city and hailed as a opportunity for anyone willing to put their nose to the grindstone but with the emergence of superhumans that promise expanded to something far more transcendent. A decade since that emergence of powered individuals, the country as a whole has now been called Neo Olympus, a pretentious though uncomfortably accurate name as Heroes border on arrogant celebrities with scaling god complexes. New Sparta has dialed in heavily on attitude but without the powered holding boisterous attitude and stricter powered laws there have been a rise in blatant crime, while most of its neighboring cities and otherwise only deal in large heists or massive battle, N.S leans closer to dense gang activity of weaker powered or bank robbery with excessive petty theft with corrupt local systems wanting nearly no worthwhile change.

In response to N.S and the corrupt veins that pump its ichor, a large variety of barely heros have responded. No official affiliation with each other as far as recorded and varying power but equal effectiveness, they shall now be listed with brief character profiles.

First is Star Champion, a staggeringly powerful man clad in tight crystal like black and wreaths of gold. Given his immense strength and sheer fire power as he shoots beams of energy mixed with classic flight, many would assume a beacon of hope and to some extent yes but he kills rather ruthlessly while holding a thinly veiled contempt for those he doesn't either see use in or he simply doesn't take a liking to. He is concise, candid, and surprisingly well trained for media interaction but for some odd reason recordings seize up when it comes to his face and memetic interference stops potential sketching from description. Why look a gift horse in the mouth though even if the horse is a stallion who hates being rode.

His opposite in all regards is King Valor, a man without any flashy power but incredible strength and durability held together by his manic lust for battle on the foundation of incredible regenerative abilities for those who do hit harder than his body can take. A power house not nearly as versatile but just as scary, his flaw being his clear connection to criminal society and reckless behavior. He seems like a man who even has his limits to depravity though and looks out for his ward of N.S without question.

Clocktower, a hero per say with localized temporal manipulation. He is rather indulgent in his needs but he gives back as much as he takes, clearly a soft spot for the elderly and children but is a very lethal man none the less. Eerily precise, he avoids doing more than he has to as he has a very stoic identity

Samedi is a loud and lustful but contradictingly careful man as he wield odd magics. Owner of a club and just the man you call if you need something done but remember there is a price always greater than the physical. He has made it abundantly clear that he is in need of a soul mate, different from his many flings or various consistent lovers. He is no baron, just a self proclaimed patron keeping the scales balanced~

Famed movie star and artist Montell Dames (acting alias) or better known as Midas is a man who can wrap himself in a odd organic metal armor that is black with an iridescent gold under glow. Massive jokester and flirt, he gets the job done but with a terrible habit of hooking up with his female villains not worth the lethal solution

Leonidas, a man proclaiming to be the historical figures reincarnation (claim unproven) has taken root in the coastal ward of New Sparta. He shares incredible intelligence and fighting prowess but lacks raw power like his unaffiliated colleagues, his defining feature is really the massive sword he drags into battle with him and spear he seems to manifest in more dire circumstances.

A handful more exist due to the sheer size of N.S itself and even more so if we look across the entirety of Neo Olympus. All are fascinating but much like their mythology counterparts, are depraved to some extent in indulgence and unchecked emotion, some wonder is this stifled by a lover or lovers given the unique circumstances and who are these people outside of their persona of greater good or more accurately lesser evils.

(I am down to tailor a character as a normal person or super beyond any of these mentioned. I've been reading a lot of superhero media lately and now have an urge for raunchy heroes and villains among other possibilities)
