I'd like to put a collar or seal on someone for a medieval fantasy story. (Looking for F for a more story than sex RP)

Straight to the point-
Time: Medieval 
Magic/powers: Yes!
Potentially kinky: Yup. The goal is a working relationship rather than a quick fuck, but once that is taken care of, anything from outdoor sex to bondage and sex toys (on a really good day, all at once) can be arranged.

Since my previous plot was probably too narrow, let me open it up a little: The idea I wanna explore would be about your character who previously had a good life, suddenly end up in a bad situation. From the top of my head, something like a noble or even royal being the victim of a coup, and ending up having to flee, and ending up with my character who has trust issues. Their relationship would probably be odd because of that since he openly tells her that he will only accept her around him and care for her if she accepts a magic collar/seal, but I would like to get to a point where she breaks through to him, acceping her around him without such means eventually.

He'd provide food, a home, a few coins for personal spending, and an opportunity to right the wrong that was done to her. In the mentioned example, he'd help her re-take her former position, or even the throne if that is an option.

PS: Almost forgot the character I'd be using! In short: A weird looking fella who works as a doctor, and can use monster abilities at the cost of not being able to use any conventional magic.
