Any idea how they meet first?

My initial idea is you being a transfer student to my class.

As for how things spark:

Perhaps they begin to find out things they have in common and perhaps Lisa gets help dealing with the bullies. Perhaps she is even slowly helped off feeling even more "freakish" by her massive dong(s?)?

I love it! I always love playing the new girl at school and I could see them 100% finding things in common and becoming friends and my character protecting and helping Lisa.

Sounds lovely. I was even contemplating something like them appearing as "opposites" at first, like the new girl could be a much more sporty type and such.

Mostly spitballing my ideas and impressions, but feel very free to utter any ideas you may have as well.

Actually, I quite like the opposites attract type of scenario. Yeah, I think I could pull her off as the most sporty kind of more popular type.
