In this we can do this two ways, where just before the shutdown, a enemy human player/guild was able to conquer the nazarick and used hacking to enslaved the NPCs and Momonga, who either get gender bent or already a woman, the other option is after the shutdown and either a noble or the Theocracy were able to get their hands on a world item that allow them to controll/enslave any heteromorph and change them to their liking, either way the human factions will be  whoring off the nazarick residents and training them into be dick loving sluts for humans.
