Special needs accomodations

You're just sitting in class, twiddling your thumbs, when the teacher comes forward to introduce a new student. It's an autistic trans girl, with special accommodations given to get by the state legislature. You see, she stims by jerking off. It's for stress relief and fulfilment. If other autistic students are allowed to stim in any way at any time, then why shouldn't this student be allowed? Things only get awkward when you realize the only open desk is the one right next to yours. 

Roles can be decided between us. I'm fine with playing the new student, but if you want to you can also do so. The grade level, setting, plot, and other kinks are also open for discussion. I would certainly like a long and detailed plot, but it's up to the both of us to come up with something we can both enjoy.

Some ideas I have are: bullying could be a major element, character A could fall in love with the new student, the new student could develop a crush on character A who is not into it, the new student could want to be friends with character A and invite her over only to reveal that she comes from an abusive household; there are lots of opportunities for story!

Or if you would prefer, we can just make this a shorter and highly pornographic plot to test the waters and see if we want to write more together in the future.
