Strange Puberty

Okay I come up with this interesting plot I’d really like to tryout. My character would be a boy just about to hit his eighteenth birthday though he still has shown no signs of going through puberty. It’s like his growth suddenly stop. Though on his eighteenth birthday he wakes up to find puberty hit him like a brick, as he wakes up as futa with newly formed breast, a freshly formed vagina and a dick of great length compared to to before. I’m thinking your character could be his childhood friend maybe a girl, a cute femboy who finds my character in there new state.
