The Depths of Imagination!

Oh Boy, what are the possibilities you and I could create? Should I organize them by genre? What about fetishes? Pairings? In truth I have many ideas in my head and I'm not 100% sure where to start.
I guess the only way this will truly work is if I just start building it and come back to update it as new ideas come or are expanded on!  I hope you'll see some prompts below and are willing to give me a try!

You two have been friends for as long as you can remember. You've been there for one another through thick and thin! He's bled for you, been a shoulder for you to cry on, and was always the one you could rely on! And you? You've been there for him, to hug him and hold him when he thought the world was crashing down. There is no one you've had a stronger bond with... so why haven't you ever dated? Maybe it was the fear of ruining the best relationship either of you has ever had. Either way, things have started getting strange since high school started. He's become distant and lately seems to have pocket excuses not to hang out anymore. It's time to corner him and figure out what's going on!

Possible ideas: The original take on this story is the male of the story is suffering a unique condition where once he's aroused, his member will not soften without an orgasm. The idea is to provoke, a comedic slice of life opportunities that test the lengths of friendship. Does helping really mean you're just friends still? Maybe there are lines you won't cross but the constant arousals keep testing the limits. This is open for discussion and we can build on where this takes us.
