THE GAGGER

The city had no longer seemed a safe place for girls and young women.  Someone known only as the 'Gagger' had been kidnapping them, literally right off the sidewalk, only to be found later nude or partially clothed, tied up with what became the assailant's trademark.....a white gag over their mouths, either tape or cloth.  Most had been raped, some of the more unfortunate ones had pics and videos taken of their captivity and released to bondage websites.
