Not really, it's pretty difficult to find good references, not a lot of artwork of them so I can't find much.

It doesn't have to be of nords from the game specifically. I would recommend looking to find some good viking drawn images

I think it could start off as a normal routine within the home, until one of the brothers (Are you still fine of the men being brothers?) notices her slacking off. Then one day, the same man would catch her masturbating during her free time.

Them being brothers works just fine with me. Not really a fan of the rather cliché "catching someone doing lewd stuff" angle.

How about something like a guest of the men commenting to them about her lovely figure and such, leading them to start thinking of her in a new way. Perhaps they offer her a big raise in order to take on more duties around the house, like tending to their bodily needs?

Sure. I haven't really done that kind of premise before, but it's an interesting thing to try.

Though each men will have completely different personalities, so not all decisions and actions might go as one thing altogether.

It was, of course, merely a suggestion. You are free to suggest changes or use it as inspiration for your own ideas.

Yes, and maybe on how we could start the RP as well.

We do need to agree on how to start and how things get smutty after all.

Another idea of mine:
Her race's culture is much more open minded and such, so she offers extra services to them from time to time, but it is only recently that they figure out what she means by those words.

That sounds like a good idea. Maybe one of the brothers would exploit that and then the rest would somehow follow suit.

Here's my idea for a starter:
She is brought over to the house as if she came from a faraway part of the land. Upon arrival, the men are busy doing their work and are unable to take her seriously or properly listen to her. She tries to catch their attention, but only one is barely doing so. She is then given a look around the house afterwards. I think I can be able to follow up on the rest.

I am not into exploitation. Hence why I suggested that she was offered a raise for doing "extraordinary" requests and duties.

They come off as jerks in that idea I think.

What if the brothers come over to where she used to live to come pick her up and give her a ride to their home? While on the ride, they could engage in introducing themselves to her and make a light conversation about each other. Then, as soon as they arrive, she is given a look around the house, giving her instructions on what to do and what not.

That sounds more like background story rather than something we need to play out. It doesn't really give any reason how things get lewd either.

I can't think of other ways to start the RP, though. What about the starter I suggested before, but instead of them acting like jerks, they give her a warm welcome and show her around and give her her duties?
