Tome of changing? Guess im calling it that

My Idea Sounds roughly Like this:

One day, you wake up to find a magic book sitting on your desk. Upon closer inspection, you notice that it contains a page for every person in the world, with all of their traits listed. Oddly enough, everything seems to be written in easily earasable pencil. What will you do with it and what Chaos will you produce?
