Who can be my Hallibel?

So real briefly I'm looking for a lady familiar with bleach to play Tier Hallibel, the tanned blonde bombshell shark queen of hollows from bleach in a lemony good tale with everyone's favorite strawberry Ichigo Kurosaki. The plot details I have in mind are up for adjustment, extra brownie points if you can play her fraction Mila rose, apache and sung sun to make it a harem but not really a must have.
